Horrible. Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut ever. They dont honor any specials. They are rude. Always late and will not give you your pizza unless they see your credit card. They dont even take an imprint of the credit car so why even bother. I had to deal with a snarky rude driver who didnt even come to my front door and instead made me walk out of my gated community and find him. Naturally I wasnt happy. Im paying 3.50 for you to deliver it to my door. Even though i showed him my ID and clearly established I was the one who ordered and paid for it. He simply refused to give me my order. Very unreasonable and rude. I am aware the Pizza hut has a policy of always requiring the customer to present thier card, however I also know that its only for verification purposes and a drivers license should have more than sufficed. This is only the beginning. The second time I ordered I placed a phone order for carryout. When I got there they had gotten my order completely wrong. Not even close. They refused to make it right. Then the lady who took my order just rolled her eyes and made a racist comment in Spanish. I was outraged and demanded a refund. She refused and said no refunds. I just couldnt believe how a place like this was still in business. Now to add the cherry on top of the BS Sundae that is this pizza hut. When she finally agreed, she swiped my card and double charged me. I cut my losses and I hope that if you have read this far you will consider boycotting this location. I hope they close down or hire new staff.

horrible place, whoever is in charge of mapping at Pizza hut is an idiot, Im smack in the middle of a triangle of Pizza Huts and none of them deliver to me, they have delivered to my place before, the other two told me to call this one on rosecrans. The manager Rene had me on hold for 7 minutes then hung up on me, I called back and after being on hold again he said he could not deliver to me and told me to call the one on imperial telling them the old manager said its ok to deliver to me, seriously I used to love pizza hut but will never eat there again. Dominoes has a new customer for life.

I had to call in sick today because the meat lovers pizza I got from here last night has my stomach cramping so bad I have to stay close to the toilet!! I thought maybe it was just me but my husband son and daughter all ate it and are sick too!!! I will NEVER go here again!!

Not a warm & gooey cookie! It was dry and burnt. Very bad customer service too. They didnt care that they burnt the cookie. I had to come back for another one that same night. They werent apologetic, the second cookie was burnt too.

I called to get a 10$ Box and the guy on the phone was a 5 star idiot. He obviously didnt know what he was doing. I was saying my street name loud and clear and he just said "What?" like a drop out. FIRE HIM.
