Im giving two stars only because I like the pizza, but when I went in, I ordered the $10 carry out large any topping any crust special. When I got charged, it was almost $60, the guy who was at the front desk visiting with his girlfriend explained that there was a "bug" in their system that wouldnt let him do the special. Really... really...? The owner of this establishment and Pizza Hut has lost my business for not doing his/her due diligence on showing his/her employees on how to work around a "bug" in order to uphold the integrity of the name in front of the building.

Ive been doing business with this pizza hut since they opened their doors a few years ago. Ive never been all that impressed with them but I prefer them to the others locally. Today, Im told they are not delivering because of bad weather. The sun is shining. The snow has melted and there isnt hardly a cloud in the sky. If I could drive over and get it, I would rather than pay that ridiculous delivery fee but I cannot at the moment. So I will be going somewhere else from now on for my pizza.

Worst pizza place In Tehachapi..delivered our order to the wrong address and when I called to find out why it hadnt been delivered I was basically called a lier because the delivery person said he delivered it to our address. These people want $15 an hour when they cant even read addresses correct...lol now I have to wait 5 days for money to be refunded to my card.

Twice now our pizza was almost an hour late. The price is twice as much for less pizza, and there customer service was terrible. We live 1 street away from the pizza Hut, yet they went and made two deliveries in Golden hill before making our delivery. We wont be ordering from this establishment again and wont recommend them to anyone.

Hand tossed is paper thin. The cheese bread is all bread and no cheese. The side of marinara sauce was very watered down. Not going there again.
