Walked in for a pick up. Majority of people working were blk. Waited 5 min for someone to come up to me for help. Didnt get an acknowledgement the whole time. African American lady walks in and right away the staff tells her one second but still I didnt get an acknowledgement. Then staff proceeds to take her order even though Ive been waiting for over 5 min now. Not racist myself since I have African American friends. So cut that BS pizza hut staff and grow the F up, please. God bless you all! Still hungry though : (

I had issues ordering online like for the third time. Thats why I always do pick up order. They just need to work better with that online service orders. Update: Try to give this guys one chance. It took two hours. I had to call them and BS. They keep saying that they had no drivers. Anyone reading this order from Tumbys Pizza instead. My question is are they working?

I ordered a pizza online and not only did they say it would take 2hrs to deliver but on top of that my kids went to bed hungry waiting on a pizza that never showed up and all the manager named Michelle had to offer me is a apology no complimentary service or discounted prices showing me ultimately that the customers dissatisfaction is of no importance to this company.

I dont like them online service they suck I ordered a pizza they brought me cheese I wanted pepperoni and they told me I could not switch it out because I ordered it myself on line what ever happened to customer service and then delivery was 20 min late delivering it 16 bucks for a pizza I dont eat.....

Their service was the worst it took longer than I hour and 15 minutes for me to get my pizza and when the delivery man arrived the crust was burnt the pizza was horrible, I Dont reccommend this Pizza hut to anyone.

Its either hit or miss here. Either u get really great employees or really bad ones. sometimes I call and its 20-30min sometimes 90min. Usually not bad.
