DONT EAT HERE!!!! FOOD THATS BEEN SITTING FOR HOURS AND RUDE SERVICE!! I recently just moved to the area. I decided to check this place out after driving by it so many times. The moment I walked in I was greeted by a very rude Asian guy. Come to find out, it was the owner of the establishment. Upon asking him a little about the food, wondering what the buffet line looked like, he proceeded to get agitated by the simple fact that I was asking how popular the food was. It didnt take long for another associate (who to me seemed to be his wife) caught on to his demeanor. She was quick to take control of the situation and seat me. After being seated I noticed the owner payed more attention to mixing the platters on the Buffet line (not to keep them fresh but to stir the side that was dry and had been sitting for a long time) then tending to his customers. Upon grabbing my first plate, I asked another associate if they carried "Siracha". He told me "no", little to my surprise I see the table across from me with a bottle. (Unbelievable) Even at that point I wasnt upset. It wasnt till the owner walked passed me several times filling a group of customers water who were sitting across from several times. Purposely neglecting to fill mine. I even put my cup out to get his attention but I could see he just did not like me or was having bad night. Thats when I took this whole thing personal. So,here is some food for thought specifically aimed toward the owner of this establishment. If youre that unhappy with your job, pick a new one. Its sad to think that this restaurant continues to stay open. Little does the owner probably know, its not due to customers enjoying the food. Its because theres little to choose from in the area when it comes to a Chinese Food Buffet. Now, judging by the reviews. That I just so happens to stumble upon. Im not a surprise to see several 1 star reviews. At this point it needs to be said. Its obvious you should pick another profession. Your inability to create a restaurant that rates well and satisfies customers isnt happening. After this experience, I look forward to the day I can drive by this location and see the sign "Under New Management". Only then will I step foot or spend money at this location. I hope this review reaches you, maybe then youll have the chance to reflect on your actions and how you treated me as new customer. Good Luck, youre going to need it!

It wasnt the food. It was the woman that was working there at around 7pm on Saturday. She was wearing a red shirt. When we walked in we got a seat got our food sat down and were approached by this woman. She popped up out of nowhere. And what I thought was a greating in which I responded, fine thank you, turned into a rude question of how old are you kids. Then she kind of just dropped our bill on the table and walked away without even looking at us. Afterward when we went to pay she followed us to the check area and basically acted bitchy handed us two receipts. When my husband asked which one is my copy she again wouldnt look in our direction. And treated us poorly. When walking out of the restaurant my husband was upset he had accidentally left his wallet on the counter inside. She couldnt even be bothered to bring it to him we were right outside the door so instead she beat on the glass to get our attention rudely pointed at it and again walked away. We wont be going back to that restaurant. Third food wasnt worth the 50 we paid. We could have went to Yanagis and gotten better sushi for far less and better service.

Friendly, informal Chinese buffet with a wide selection, including surprisingly good salad bar and dessert choices from fruits to pastries as well as the expected cakes and cookies. Lots of meat and veggie dishes, most quite good if you get there when just put out; sometimes the meat is chewy if on the steam tables for a while too long. Some of the spicy dishes seem all to have the same sauce. Favorites include hot & sour soup, egg foo yung, pepper steak, jalapeno chicken, spicy eggplant, green beans, Mongolian pork. A great value if you make lunch the main meal of your day.

So Sad. Went to China Buffet for lunch on Sunday. Thought I would take my two German Foreign Exchange Students to China Buffet for a great luch and to meet the owners as we consider them friends (alway so nice to us when we see them at the resturaunt and around the community). We were meet with a "for lease" sign and realtors lock box on the door!! Looks like they have closed their doors. So Sad. We will miss Vivian and her family. Maybe they have relocated? Thank you for your years of providing great food to the Five Cities!

We have been here twice with pretty much the same experience. Food wasnt great, and the service was sooooooo bad. I wanted the spring rolls but they said they didnt have any, so I ordered pho. I wanted it light on the noodles (Im on a low carb diet) so I asked if I could get less noodles and substitute with some vegetables. The answer was no (except for more money). The pho broth wasnt sweet and contained a lot of fat. I dont know how this place stays in business except that its the only place that serves pho in the 5 cities.

Avoid at all cost!! Foods were hard, cold, and flavorless. Milky paste rice forms their sushi. At $14.99+tax, charged drinks, youre better off w/ McDonalds or Little Ceasars around the corner. Dropped by this place to eat from our visit to Pismo Beach, worst decision we ever made. $65 gone, we went and ate at Five Guys afterwards. Worst buffet ever experienced, not the staffs, but the food. Barely any customers (2 at the time we went). Learn from our mistakes.

I walked into the restaurant with my family and the Asian woman with long black hair looked at all of us as though we were a nuisance. She was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very condescending manner When i inquired about a Kids menu. The initial experience was so awful that we left. I told her there is No reason why she should treat customers that way. Awful. JUST awful. POOR customer service. Will NEVER return again.

Was very disappointed, food was disgusting!, went after Church on Sunday, $18.00 for one person is OUTRAGEOUS!!, when I complained to the cashier about the price, she tried justifying it because I had a Coke with my lunch, Seriously!?!, also the wait staff made me extremely uncomfortable!! I will NOT be returning, should of gone to Panda Express like I originally had planned

Its the only place Ive found that serves pho. But it is a bit greasy and $10 a plate is a little outrageous. Also the buffet food is no good . My kids love fruit and I asked if I could poss pay for only a kidd buffet and they said no so it sucks that theres no option to just get dessert if you eat pho. At a discounted pri e if its just fruit Etc. I wont be going back ....
