*New management, better changes! Updated review.* Been going here for years, restaurant is located deep in shopping center, and in an area known for homeless. Parking gets quiet full on the weekends, usually park in nearby lots. *update* Management and servers have changed with new oriental uniforms(very cute). One server is very nice, did not catch her name but she speaks a little bit of Spanish :) When entering its a wait to be seated arrangement. Signs up that read: Restaurant has a no waste food policy or will be added 5 dollars and children are to be accompanied by a guardian or parent when getting food. There are booths some feel worn in the seat (some children will flail like birds against the back seat had to ask for them to stop) 4 seat tables, and long tables for large groups. Bathrooms can be disgusting with over filled trash bins, 2 stalls in women, one mirror, with 2 sinks. Popular with families (although some families let their children play in walkway), couples and young adult crowd. Also good for single party. Per person with drink, at dinner time about $15. Food freshness can be a hit or miss depends on when you go in, usually on weekends food is always being refilled and hot. Out of all the years Ive been going here Have found 2 piece of plastic, one from a bag (guessed from packaged food) and the other no idea, didnt bother me. Drinks: Soft drinks, hot and cold tea (sweet and non-sweet), Water, Beer, wine and Sake! Crab leg cracking tools by crab station, chopsticks by sushi, and new bowls by ice cream. Cold Food: Sushi (good) with ginger and wasabi near by, mussels and whole shrimp on ice, Salad with topping options, pudding, jello, Fruit (variety change time to time) and is mostly fresh. Recommend: Japanese fruit Lango looks like tops of jellyfish or eyeballs, taste like grapes only better, and is hard to come by in most Chinese buffets. **updated** Hot food: *new additions and recipe change: small whole crabs, fried fish, and 4-5 big soup ceramic pots with a variety of soups. Purple Taro bun with sweet potato filling and crystal dumplings with seafood fillings both recommended! Fried rice has been changed back to original recipe. Honey chicken has been removed.** Have a hibachi bar (ingredients looked fresh for a Thursday afternoon), Seafood varieties Crab legs (go fast, people love piling them up). Mussels are iffy mom got sick twice but were good the next time. Salmon(eh), fried shrimp (ok) Sausage with mini crab leg or arm sticking out (confused with concept) and spicy shrimp in vegetables. Recommended seafood: Crab cheese won tons, coconut shrimp, crab salad in shell, and spicy craw fish (only have on weekends) and crab cheese inside soft flaky bread (lunch only). Meat and chicken based dishes teriyaki chicken on skewer (good), chicken dumplings (can be crispy or soft, hit or miss), fried chicken, beef and broccoli, orange chicken (ok) and egg rolls(ok). Some American dishes pizza (skip, usually kids get), chicken nuggets (ok) and fries (Best fries Ive ever had surprisingly) and sausage (great). They have White rice in steamer(good), pork vegetable rice *(back to original recipe good)* chow mein (ok). Garlic bread (meh). They also offer vegetable sides like cheese topped broccoli, green beans sometimes will change to asparagus (good) and mushrooms. Desserts: *cheese cake change, very delicious! Cookies, coffee cake (good), and other pastries. Lastly ice cream, used to serve green tea ice cream (best) but they carry it no longer :( Overall taste of food is the best Ive had compared to other places, good price, can be a hit or miss. I and boyfriend met up here for our first date and we keep coming back. This place is cozy with good food. There are no indication of nut ingredients in dishes aside from sugar peanuts by desserts and very small variety for vegans.

Wow if you havent been too this buffet dont go cuz the owners might rise the price if a lot of people start showing up,the food is good quality food and for the price of a regular buffet you get sushi, California rolls, Chinese food, pot stickers, desert soups and all kinds of goodies you wont find in another buffet or for less than $20 a plate for that odd one of my favorite places to eat but dont go telling every one you know or the owners might realise they can charge more for this kind of food and ruin a good thing

I would give this establishment a zero star if I could. My grandmother was injured in the restroom due to the lack of handicap accessibility and the building NOT being to ADA code. The stall was marked for handicap but the toilet was low and NOT bolted to the ground!!! My grandmother was injured while trying to get up from the toilet when it broke!!! I will be contacting the Public Health Department and the Public Building Division so no one else is hurt.

At 5:12pm on a weekday, all the food should be as fresh as possible. Hot food should be warm or pretty hot. But lots of trays are cold and dry been sitting way too long. Dont recommend this place on weekdays lunch or dinner. Sunday after 12pm is an excellent time to eat here. Its busy and the food then dont set too long. Dont like dry out food sitting in trays for a whole day. Soups really needs some taste. Check it out yourself. For me, not too good.

On 12/30/2013 we drove from south (Arizona) to north (Vancouver, BC, Canada) and by chance stopped at this restaurant. It had amazingly rich variety of food to offer. The seafood is abundant and very fresh, which really delighted us. It also had great collection of sushi. We were also surprised at the bill - very affordable and great food! We may never have the chance to go back to this restaurant again but would strongly recommend it.

My whole family was a regular because the food was usually really good, until a family member saw a man pull a rat out of a soup. There werent a lot of people around so the staff quickly came and took that soup away and shortly came back and replaced it. Nobody else saw so no scene was made. Makes me sick to think about what other things could have been in the food I ate here.

They have crab legs, oysters, mussels, sushi and much more great food here. We went on a weekend and my wife went on a weekday and said that they still had crab legs and oysters and all, so Im assuming they have it on the buffet every day of the week. We werent too sure about this place because its kind of hidden, but I was wrong. Id go back again.
