Came here for lunch with my fiancé. Upon walking in, the place appeared clean & the BBQ bar looked great! So, we made our bowls & one of the cooks handed my fiancé his bowl after cooking it & told him "too much sauce." We were pretty put off by that comment, but had yet to try the food, so we werent too quick to judge. However, when the cook began to Make my food, he didnt pour all of my sauce onto the grill over my food, he just stuck the bowl into the dirty dish pile & proceeded to make my food. Not only that, but he only cooked my food for about 30 seconds before handing it to me. I took the bowl back to our table and started forking through it & started noticing that the meat was not fully cooked & because he didnt use the sauce I had put in my bowl, the noodles were pale & bland. I asked them if I could make a new bowl since the meat in mine was raw & the woman serving tried arguing with me & say the meat was fine. After about a minute of that, she took my bowl back up to the grill & I watched as the cooked poured the same food I had already been eating back on to the grill while others stood in line. (Talk about unsanitary.) brought it back to me charred & even worse than it was before. I gave up & decided eating here was just not in my cards. $28 later & we are upset and still hungry . All in all, the sauces taste like salty ass water with food coloring. The kung pao was not spicy, the teriyaki was not sweet. They clearly dont allow the grill to heat long enough before cooking either, because aside from the over bearing taste of salt, it tasted like canola oil. Rice was dry & the soup was cold. I will never eat here again, personally.

First of all, the owner is incredible. He goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food is incredible. My girlfriend ordered off the menu; cashew chicken. It was great! I, as always when I go there, did the BBQ. I love it. They have 4 different meats, and an amazing selection of veggies, my favorites are the baby bok choy and the baby corn. I eat here at least once a week, and more if I can afford it. Dinner has even more delectable choices. This is now my favorite place to eat in Grass Valley.

Been here many times. Actually came on opening day just to see how things have morphed. Its gotten better and better. The owner is VERY interactive and fun to talk with. Some of the workers dont speak much english so body language and gestures carry the conversation which is fine with me. I love their food selections, and I find their mix of the sauces to be quite perfect every time, even if Im the one thats putting the stuff in! :-)

Great food, Ive only ever came here for the Mongolian BBQ. If you come at lunch, its $3 cheaper for some reason. They just need to work on the aesthetic, I dont want to spend much more time I here than I have to.

Tried the mongolion Bbq. House sauce is tasty. Pretty standard fare. Also offers chinese, didnt try it so wont comment. $$ - 8.95 for all u can eat.

Dont go here. Not very clean. My mother found pig skin (with hair on it!) in her bowl. She didnt even eat pork. Will never go here again!!
