Im giving this rating 2 stars because we like the food. Otherwise it would be 1 star for the following reasons. Staff was pleasant not out going or positive but just pleasant. With that said the cleanliness...we should have left once we walked in the door. Keep in mind there were 5 customers in the establishment at the time. Our family wont be eating at the Manteca location again if there is food droppings all along the food bin aisle floor, the sauce counter was not appealing- droppings of food as well as sauce all along the counter. We tried looking for a high chair that looked whipped down at the end of the day but found none. You have 3 teenagers working that day and the place looked as if it hadnt been clean in 2 days. The manager should make an effort to TEACH the staff how to properly clean. If the establishment is not at the very least clean what makes the owners think customers trust the handling of the food being prepared.

I love Mongolian bbq and was looking Forward to lunch!!!!! but this Mongolian bbq on Main st In Manteca ca!!!!! Is Disgusting!!!!!!! I was waiting outside in my car before they opened and the guy working there stood on the burner they cook on with hes Dirty Shoes!!!!! I was Shocked i could not believe he Did That !!! I went inside any ways to have a look and it was just Dirty All there Counter Tops and Glass tops above the frozen food Was All Dirty they had not been clean!!!! the Floor Was Sticky!!!!! I went straight out the Door Even The Couple Before Me Left Before Saying Also This Place Is dirty!!!! They need the manager to step up and train hes employees how to clean or step out and that its not ok to step on the burner at all with dirty shoes!!!!!! i think the health inspector should check it out!!!! So Grosss!!!!!!!!!

If you have eaten at a different Mongolian BBQ before, you will not like this place. The cooks on the stir fry are slow, the buffet is filthy, ground is littered with food, said food was low quality, and to beat me down further it was expensive in comparison having paid 30$ for two people. Couldnt even finish the first bowl we had, one of my onions was completely raw, and the rice was not fully cooked either. Though I do admit, the host was really friendly, their soft drink machine works, and they even gave us a pitcher. So they got that going for them I guess.

Great food, you put together the bowls yourself and they cook it on a giant grill. They have both lunch and dinner , lunch is a bigger bowl but you only get one and its cheaper; dinner is all you can eat with smaller bowl but more expensive. Its fun to mix the food options they have, from the meat to the vegetables and extras, plus the sauces and oils. This place can get really crowded sometimes, so go in when the Tidal Wave is gone during slower times!

Service is great. Food is delicious. Always a great experience. My absolute favorite thing about this location is the music. I dont know who is in charge of the playlist, but I believe they are my musical soul mate. I come here at least a few times a month and at least one Incubus song plays every visit. Dont get your food to go....you will miss out on the great music.

First experience was great, the second had us all literally food poisoned. We cannot decide when my family smells their food at this point...great aroma when you pass through, just not worth the risk of rolling the dice. Wont go back unless theres no food left on earth and they are the only place with anything left.

Get to choose all my ingredients. Make it as spicy as I want. Great selection of sauces. All cooked right in front of my eyes. Side of soup, rice and spring roll. Cant ask for anything better. And the price is right!!!!

Yes!! Just yes! I loved this place and the service! Came here twice on our stay because we loved it so much. It was my first time having Mongolian. Get ALL of the sauces and mix them all up! So yummy!

Omg nice people tons of food cooked how you want. And if you cant have spicy they will clean the grill then your food. I am on prednisone so I eat for 4 and I walk out stuff.
