My wife and I have been dining at the Fusion Grill since it first opened and its our favorite eat out restaurant in all of Valley Springs. The food is very fresh, with very reasonable prices and the restaurant is clean and the staff extremely friendly. Seniors get a discount for both lunch and dinner too. The restaurant decor is beautiful, yet casual and you dont have to dress up. We always take our visitors here and they all love it as much as we do. You can order off the menu, which my wife likes to do, or you can do as I do by filling up a large bowl with a variety of thinly sliced meats and vegetables and sauces of all kinds, and the chefs walk around a huge circular grill while stir frying the contents from your bowl. Tonight, we chose "take out" and when I arrived home and plated our selections, the food was still steaming hot. Any way you choose, I highly recommend this restaurant for consistently excellent food and friendly service.

My first time in there the food was great. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. it was my moms birthday so I decided to take her to fusion for lunch We got the all you can eat buffet for $11 each.. after a couple bites my mom was full (thats how Asian food is) so she asked for a box and the lady said NO, you got the buffet so we cant give you a box. I understand why they said that but they seen my mom didnt eat too much.. they ripped us off and waisted their money food and labor. Unless you can eat alot I dont recommend the buffet

The food is fresh and they will season to order, without an extra charge. Décor is very nice, accommodating casual or evening dress. This is one of the few places you can bring family from out of town for dinner and not feel like you are eating fast food. I have never had a problem with the service. The price is affordable as well. We enjoy this restaurant, as did my boys for their date nights.

Just moved into Valley Springs and decided to go out to dinner with family and friends. Worst service ever!! Walked in for a table of four and was told we couldnt be seated because a table needed to be cleaned. A part of 8 came in and was seated immediately!! Waited for 15 minutes and still never offered a table!! Lost my business and any future business!!

Another of our local favorites and worth the drive if you are not from the Valley Springs area. Never had a bad meal and they have on one largest selection of items to add to the grill that I have ever seen. Our vegetarian friends call this one of their favorites. I have not found a better quality Mongolian BBQ with this much selection anywhere!

The food here is fresh but not very flavorful. They let you mix up your own dish and seasonings, so if you dont know what you are doing, you can end up with something horrible or something good. I would stick with the recommendations posted so that you get decent tasting food. Prices are reasonable and it is all you can eat, so come hungry.

Love the place! =} The food is great. :-) I know you all are looking for great costumer service from the people, but thats not their culture to be overly friendly so dont get offended by it. Ive been there lots of time and there service is great. <3 We cant ask for a takeout box if we order Buffet it says it right on the menu. =-}

Great place to eat, Great food, and great service.The wait time isnt long, if you have to wait at all. They have a really nice resturant. They keep it well cleaned, and the bathrooms are also really clean (which is nice). Has to be my favorite restaurant. My girlfriend and I eat there all the time.

Tried to call in order and was subjected to 3 minutes of listening to other people paying bills. Hung up and was unable to reconnect. Busy signal for 15 minutes. I gave up and ordered from Good Friends. Business must be so good that you do not care if you lose a customer.

This is a cool, open space! You have the option to order from the menu of choose from the buffet. You prepare the noodles with all the ingredients youd like, then the cooks cook it on a giant grill in the center of the buffet. Absolutely delicious!

Amazing food! Large variety of vegetables to put in your bowl and very fresh! Also give you options of what soups and rice that other Mongolian type restaurants around here dont do. Would eat here more often if I could because I enjoy it so much!

Food is really good. Service is not good. It is not that service is bad. But they are very disorganized. You cannot count on quick service. Hot and sour soup is great, but dont order the egg flour soup.

I drove an hour to this place because of word of mouth. And I was not disappointed! This is the first BBQ place Ive been to that has had BBQ pork in the mix of meats. Best. Ever.

Fun. I enjoy creating my dishes and watching the chefs cook on the giats firing plates. However leaves the stomach hurting after a bowl or two. But definitely have to try it.

I recommend to any one who goes. If you want the buffet, say it is TO GO. They will not let you take it with you know matter what. Or bring a container with you to take it.

The actual Mongolian grill is great but the service youre subjected to get there isnt worth it. Make your bowl and go home dont stay.
