On July 2, 2017 My mom and some her friends from church decide to try the Fresh Grill Mongolian BBQ for lunch. My mom noticed something black in her food....and it had what appeared to be legs. After closer inspection it was indeed a BUG. With an unconcerned tone the manager said...."Sorry, do you want another plate, or a refund?"

The food was good. The man/employee who cooked our food was rude!! My boyfriend was trying to keep his food in the bowl and he smashed it down. The man said " you are not to smash it down." My boyfriend said" where does it say that" ( they give you all these instructions) He said " Im telling you." We will never go back!

Mongolian hot plate provided with options to do it yourself in two sizes. I found the staff Friendly and helpful and the serving line was efficient. A healthier option to sustain your body during these cruel and amoral times.

The asian guy is so rude ... But the other workers are nice... Im sorry but i wont come back i love the food but every time i give it a try again that guy is rude

Wife and I tried the Mongolian BBQ at the Vintage Fair Mall. One word sums it all. Lousy!!!!!! Rude people and lousy food.
