Horrible! I had driven by last week and noticed a new Chipotle. "Yea!" I thought. So today when I wanted to not cook, I checked online to confirm this Chipotles hours, and planned my trip accordingly--to stop for a great burrito bowl, then the market that is on the way home from there, and then home to eat. On arriving at Chipotle, though, I noticed people in front and a sign in the door. I walked up to check it out, when an employee stepped to explain to a man also there that "no, we are not open yet. We open the 26th." Thinking to be helpful, I explained to him that Google showed the store as open. I expected his thanks and an expressed plan to correct the misinformation and replace it with the correct info-the opening on the 26th. But instead, he explained that yes, they knew that. It is up there on purpose!! So two strikes, and I am stricter than baseball. I will never spend a penny at this place. What horrible customer service--even before opening--and terrible marketing. And the complete lack of remorse or apology for inconveniencing people with this false marketing. Is there less than one star??

NEGATIVE 5 STARS - This is the worst Chipotle ever. Bad customer service. The cashier forgot to put some food in my bag and as I was walking out the door she yelled at me saying I forgot my food. Wait, last time I checked, it was not my responsibility to put the food in my bag. Not only that, she argues with me about it. And they also tried to tell me I couldnt record/use my camera in there. When asked where that is displayed I was told that I could speak to the manager if I didnt like it. The food was OK but the customer service alone made it so I will never go back there. HORRIBLE.

This one star is for the extremely rude worker who threw my fiancés change into his hands and I am not exaggerating. He almost didnt catch it all. What makes me mad is that hes a really sweet nice guy who wont ever say a thing about it, even if I can see it on his face that he was upset. I work in returns and have worked foods for years, I am always on the side of customer service worker but today was not that day. This girl has burning red acne scars on the side of her face and didnt seem to care when she threw it. Didnt even apologize.

This place is good when they want to be. I have had issue with a few employees. Biggest problem is with portions served. When ordering double meat they literally give me a quarter of a scoop on my second serving. When I call them out on that they just roll their eyes at me. Just give me what I pay for without the attitude. I usually complain to Chipotle customer service and they are quick response and offer a free meal for my bad experience.
