After coming to the hotel we were craving Mexican food and we noticed los Sanchez looked very promising . I ended up ordering the shrimp burrito originally wanted the food to be delivered but at the time they were not delivering therefore I picked up. I order and I specifically asked to add rice on both burritos and did not get the rice I asked for and was charged for OK , whatever I figured enjoy my shrimp burrito without rice But once I open my "shrimp" burrito there was only eight shrimps and the Burrito and the one I got for my wife had 20 of them .... Also the tortilla was undercooked and had WAY too much beans no shrimp The burrito was poorly wrapped. My over all experience did not meet expectations if anyone asked me if I would recommend this place I would say go somewhere ealse on the bright side the Hortchata was delicious

I found this place by accident driving around hungry. Im happy I did. This is a "5 star" Restaraunt. I ordered #39 wet chimichanga burrito with a super taco. Yummmm. The best Mexican Sonora style food on the planet. Great service both Spanish and English. Fresh chips and guacamole for free while you wait for your food. Sooo many amazing choices. Reasonable prices. Im coming here again and again. Especially when I go visit Disneyland. This is the place to eat on the way home after the park or before. Thank you Los Sanchez Sonora Style Restaraunt for the Greatest Mexican food on the planet. PS: Lets build a wall to keep Trump out from this place, LoL. Gracias. Thank you. Audieooos! Sincerely, Audie Contreras

It was crackin when a buddy and I went on a Saturday afternoon, snatched up the last parking spot too. Walked in and immediately could tell this place was going to be good just by the number of people alone in there. I kept it simple with a two carnitas(sp?) taco plate, which was bomb to say the least . What I did enjoy the most though is that who I presume was Mr. Sanchez the owner, was working and took my order! Some may not find that amazing but I love it when owners take an interest in what they do and enjoy doing it. It just adds to the level of service and quality of this place, not to mention the feeling of being more than a customer.

Love this place, excellent food and good value for the quantity of food that they offer. Cocktail shrimp is one of my favorite along with the Steak burrito with Cheese and chips and salsa....hhmmmm makes me just hungry thinking about their good food. Service is very good, staff is polite and helpful, restaurant is very nice inside. Their is additional parking across the street. Los Sanchez used to be in front of Target on Chapman and Harbor, but they relocated to Gard Grove Blvd and 9th street. Good place to eat lunch or dinner, Highly rocommend it. Thanks

Because it was our first time there so they gave us complimentary nachos supreme... a it was good... I ordered the caldo de mariscos and there was no flavor in the soup at all... my husband asked for fajita enchiladas.. he ended up getting what looked like carne guisada a la mexicana.. thats not how we roll in Houston... last time I checked there is no "a la mexicana" in enchiladas... I have it a 2 stars because the fajita in the nachos were good...

Fui con una persona nacida aqui de padres mexicanos .en el primer instante supe que no es buena comida .mexicana parece un restaurante de comida rapida nada recomendable . Si lo que quieres es auténtica comida mexicana

You would think that a Mexican food place would have the fine art of rolling a burrito down perfectly, but no. This burrito exploded and I had to eat it with a fork. I ordered a pastor burrito. It had beans and cheese in it as well. It seemed like most of the burrito was beans. The pastor was really fatty as well. I definitely want to give them a second chance because the flavors were there, but the execution was wrong... so so so so wrong.

Authentic Mexican food (Sonoran style, if youre keeping track at home). Also a nice local vibe. I enjoy sitting on the patio with a group. Only drawback - the manager really likes the microphone. He announces the order number, a description of the food, and sometimes teases the customers. It can be funny, but can also be a turnoff if you are trying to have a conversation. Overall, we do really like it. Their takeout is also a good option.

This place has great reviews and Im glad that they are serving healthy food. Unfortunately my experience wasnt as good. The food was colorful and was served in big portions. But the taste wasnt on par! The fish was bland and the ground beef didnt taste like meat! The staff were ok. The cashier kept staring at me the whole time I was looking at the menu Impatiently! That made me uncomfortable. I was not blocking anyone. Thank you,

I read a ton of great reviews about this place the people that worked here were super nice but I did not enjoy the food at all. The carne asada was so thinly cut they easily over cooked it to the point where it was like eating beef jerky. The champurado was decent and the menudo was probably the worst Ive ever had at a Mexican restaurant, not a lot of flavor at all. The portion was huge but definitely not worth the price at all.

We got chips with beans on them and sour cream and guacamole on the sides complimentary. Food portiams are HUGE. And its good food to boot. Owner is very friendly the staff seem very happy to help you with whatever you need. We got a chicken tamale instead of cheese like we ordered and they replaced it no problem, beans and rice included. Prices are good too, especially considering the portions. Definitely planning to come back.
