I was starting to come every two weeks after my groups. Until I finally decided to move to La Indiana restaurant . Just 242 feet away. This was because Jimenez may have great food but their service is not friendly, they barely smile, your just another customer. They take forever to seat me, they keep me waiting when in trying to pay my bill at the register, when I order to go, I can see my order sitting there, (thats where I just had it) theyre not even in a rush, theyre slow and constantly bring me water with ice even though I ask for no ice, because I have tonsillitis. Finally la Indiana restaurant Was so kind treated me like family and offered so much! The food is just as good and also offer chips with your meal!

The customer service here is really bad. The food is not worth the horrible service. They ignore you when you arrive. They take over 10mins to get your drink order. The food took over 45mins to reach the table. The people here are rude and do not know how to act in public or have even the slightest notion of how to treat paying customers. When we went we left without even getting our food. The staff were busy hanging out and taking care of their family/friends who came in after us. Do not go here. Bad place if you have children. Bad place if you value being treated like a human being. Worst experience ever, and no one to talk to in English if you want to raise awareness to their lack of decency.

They claim to have the Best Micheladas in town, and for my taste at least, they live up to the claim. Rafael makes the best ones, although all the other servers can also make a mean Chelada too. Food is always delicious and the portions are always served well. They even have an All You Can Eat option with about about 20 items you can choose from. Make sure you are hungry when you go down that road. Place is usually busy on the weekends, so dont feel afraid of sitting on the patio outside if the weather is good enough. Not a ton of seating, but well worth the wait. Cocido (Beef and Veggies Soup) is always a cure cure for any sniffles.

Not good, first I placed a phone order, I get there and its not ready, the waiter makes me think that "theyre working on it" when im listening to him tell the cook to make the burrito lol. Then I drove 2 minutes to my daughters high school, she opens it and the burrito has not taste and its super COLD! I called, and the so called nice man, is so rude blaming me, the customer for not eating the burrito on TIME, LMAO!!!!!!! and for not dining in and now my food is cold because I ate it, who knows how long after :( I gave 1 star only because I needed to click on one hahahah

So disappointed....I ordered taquitos ..... and a Chile relleno. The taquitos were almost burned the shredded beef was bland and the "Chile relleno" shouldnt even be called that....it was pretty bad thats probably why they drown it in idk what kind of sauce that was but it looked like just flour with some orange coloring.....oh well, another one bites the dust.

I love their food, (cheese enchiladas are the best!) but the service can occasionally be less than good. When its busy, like on weekends, a couple of servers are less attentive. I would just assume its from the rush, but the rest of the servers are still very on top of it. They lost one star for the service, but the food itself makes up for it.

went today and we were sitting for a while before anyone one helped us. the worst part was both waiters were fighting over who was gonna help us. u should never fight in a front customers. plus they were still fighting while I was trying so the man put his hand in my face to shut mwe up.weee never coming back here again.

Great place for good Mexican food and drinks. Always good fresh food and good service. Good selection from their menu and they have daily specials. Good to take a group or just someone special and family or friends.

Everthing was great, except my niece ordered the shrimp soup, which was delicious but the shrimp was not peeled which made it difficult to eat. Other than that it was good!
