The food is just ok. Nothing extra special about the entres. The lobster soup was over salted, tasted like canned tomato sauce, and had 1 tiny bit of something solid in it. Maybe it was lobster, but it had no flavor so who knows. I had the shrimp trio, its hard to mess up shrimp. The battered shrimp were good, dipping sauce was from a jar or can. The alfredo sauce was ok, creamy and not over salted. The garlic shrimp were good, I should have just ordered those...they were crispy and flavorful. The server was upbeat, kept saying "Bam!" But it was funny and he was a nice guy. He kept our glasses full and got a tune he was singing stuck in our heads. The problem came when we used a gift card for payment. The wait was like 10 min. Apparently the manager has to verify all gift cards? Seems inefficient and causes the end of you dinning experience to last too long. When Im done I want to go. Will I go back? If someone gives me a gift card I would...otherwise no.

A waiter named Nyesha led me to this harsh review. She didnt serve us for 25 minutes at a time (we had endless shrimp btw) and continued to mess up our order repeatedly, however those other waiters(whose names that I am not aware of) did manage to serve us. She began to give us angry and harsh looks when we asked when we were going to recieve our meal. We managed to still have the heart to tip her and she clearly wasnt appreciative as she handed us our bill she had such an angry expression on her face and when we gave her the bill she grunted and nodded as she shook her head, as if we were the ones being harsh. I am not mad i just want the employer of this resturant to know who they are hiring and the customer service that they are promoting by hiring a waiter as rude as her.

I visited it on a Friday night and I ordered the Bahama of Mamba which was really great with my meal, by the way I didnt know that you could build your own meal. it was made nice and perfectly with love( talking about the Bahama Mama). Came back within 24 hours because I love the drink so much, how it was made, not too much alcohol... just perfect. on the day shift it wasnt made with the same consistency but overall the food was great and it didnt take a long time for us to get our food, I still would recommend eating here even with family and kids.

The service was excellent, the server wasnt on top of her duties but there were only us and another table seated in her section so the only reason we left a $20 top was due to how my almost 3 years old autistic son was having outbursts almost the entire lunch! The hostess was AMAZING SHE LET MY SON TOUCH THE BIGGEST LOBSTER THEY HAD.

Typical Red Lobster experience. Salad with shrimp was good and clam chowder was good also. Excellent or great it was not. Clam chowder should be thick and creamy. This chowder was more on the milky and not so thick side. Still both salad and soup were good and Id return especially if I had a coupon

Red Lobster has just really gone downhill. Every call Red Lobster being such a nice place to go for dinner and lunch. All too often I have gotten poor quality shellfish and they cannot offer anything better. I have decided to no longer go to Red Lobster.

Its alright. Steak was the kind of steak you would get from carryout. The shrimp was way over charred. Pick some broccoli off the stock and cook your steak with a little salt and pepper. Way overrated. Better places along I80.... dont waste your time.

Quite a wait but once we had our orders, that all made up for it. Food was great and our waitress was very pleasing and helpful. Place was dimly lit so it felt cold and uninviting though. Theres coloring place mats for kids to keep them busy.

Went today for birthday lunch.Left iPhone for less than a minute.Came back running for it.Iphone was gone already.Server "Dawn " took it..Place was quite for lunch.Manager was not very helpful.Will never eat there again!! Very dishonest people!

Wad sat at the bar just because I was solo for lunch which wasnt busy (I REALLY HATE THAT ) . The barkeep treated me like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer, he also treated the wait staff like crap, so at least it wasnt just me.

Good service and friendly, food was served timely. Family ordered crab and enjoyed it. The lobster bis was a bit salty. Prices are a bit high depending on the market. The bathrooms were nice but werent clean.

“Great happy hour and lunch” The happy hour specials are great, but the bar seating is limited....get there early. If youre going for lunch, thats where you get the most bang for your buck.
