We arrived to a table that had just been cleaned and yet was covered in a film of something. We spoke to the waitress who told the young man to clean it again. He came over with a spray bottle and paper napkins and proceeded to spray the table - as well as the drinks and the warm bread that had just been placed on the table. There are some good things to say about the meal. The waitress was just great. The jalapeno shrimp was very tasty. The 12 ounce NY strip was grilled properly. The lobster tail was a solid hit. The grilled corn cob was good. That leaves the shrimp scampi, breaded shrimp, crab legs, lobster-artichoke-and-seafood dip, and clam chowder soup. If you want details, you can order those items for yourself. I just would not want to see you putting out as much money as I did on that meal for my friends and feeling so dissatisfied.

Service is terrible. Dining in and take out. Sat in the waiting area for about 10 minutes until someone finally asked if I needed help then directed me to the bar where I waited another 15 - 20 minutes to pick up food I called and ordered in 30 minutes prior to my arrival. When I dined in ordered a special that comes with a soup, salad, entree and dessert. Never got my soup until i brought it up when my entree was brought out -- no apology at all just a simple "Would you like it to go?" Do not recommend coming to this location unless you dont mind the terrible service.

Teriable service,nasty salad,dirty seating,rude manager I had impression he was on some type of drug,and while eating ants somehow ended up in lobster dish.told manager and he did subtract from dish,but it took 10-15 min for me to get servers attention,over all experience,teriable! If Iam paying over 25.00 for a plate,Id like it to be good,the water and bisquits was the best thing about family night out to red lobster,live and learn,will not go back.

Lawd if this place aint the truth!!!! Love, love, love the shrimp lettuce wrap!! My family love this place and the service is amazing. The only restaurant I have ever been to in my life that the entire staff is on their A game when it comes to customer service. Nice, clean, calm atmosphere. Love everything. Recommend 100%!!!

They have the best Caesar salad here believe it or not. I used to dislike this place a couple years ago. But maaaaaan have they made a come back.so far the items Ive ordered have all been yummy.This is my second time coming back. Prices are good too & drinks. ALSO the service is awesome.

I have been here once on sample day. Wow. I loved the food. The waiting was great too. I would come here more often if the price were down a bit. We paid 100 for food and tip for three. But we ate a lot.
