El Azteca looks like a family friendly resturant from the outside and inside, but my wife ordered a tostada grande and although the size was satisfying the food wasnt. There was nothing authentic about it. They pile on the lettuce so you wont notice that they barely give any meat. The lettuce and sour cream was so cold that you were literally eating a cold dinner.. The sour cream and cheese didnt have the authenticity that is much expected. The prices are a little high too. The reason Im giving 2 stars is because the horchata and chips were good along with the service.

Love it Im going there tonight. I might have to do this review over again while Im there enjoying my very very very very delicious burrito that is all homemade and beautiful with everything on it. If you are ever looking for the best burrito in Fairfield this is your place not limited to just burritos either. I am not saying this lately as I am a Mexican food loving Beast that travels from town to town looking for the best Mexican food I can possibly in just in my system thank you El Azteca Mexican food for the beautiful food you prevent me every time I come in.

Found this place through Google and had a high rating. Great small Mexican restaurant with great, prompt service. Tostada and burrito were perfect and very tasty, as well as the hot chips and salsa. Would definitely go back!

Good food. Plenty of seating. Its in a plaza thats kind of hidden. You will pay for extra chips and salsa. I like that the menu tells you what drinks are refillable for free and which arent.

Honestly I feel bad for paying for the food, when i couldve have made it myself at home. It wouldve been better honestly if I had made it. However the costumer service is pretty decent.

Got posole and fell in love with the place! Excellent service, very friendly and welcoming. Food was amazing and we all left full, and had lunch for tomorrow!:) I cant wait to go back!

Great food & beers. Prices are very reasonable. They have the best salsa & chips. The chips are made fresh & warm on delivery. The salsa is made with fresh vegetables.
