I placed a large order and was given a wait time as usual. 10-15 minutes after the wait time, I gave the store a call to be told that their driver was on break for another 2-3 minutes, then my order would be on its way. I waited another 15 minutes, to be told that the driver was just leaving and on his way. I dont blame the driver, but this store needs to get its act together. 25+ min wait over the original wait time for an order without even so much as an apology is unacceptable.

The only time theyve messed up one of my orders was when I placed it by phone. I order from them via both their website and their Android app extremely often. While they do seem to have the occasionally rude delivery driver those people dont seem to stay working for long. All of their long term drivers are friendly, courteous, and intelligent. The food is as consistent as one would expect from any major chain restaurant these days...always pretty good but rarely amazing.

I order from dominos or pizza hut every weekend and I can say that out of the at least four times I can remember pizza hut has somehow gotten something wrong, completely forgotten items, etc etc.. The people that work here are not intelligent people. I would suggest calling them before they deliver or you pick up and verifying with them every single item, maybe then they wont forget items as usual. Btw, dominos has very rarely forgotten anything. This is the worst pizza Hut ever. The pizza is always mediocre sometimes nasty. They never honor any if the specials you see advertised which I understand they dont have to but still you would expect them to honor it some times but nope they sure dont. And last but not least they didnt have the ingredients to make any crust beside Thier thin crust 3 separate times in a row just a horrible pizza place their are to many other options to be this bad.

It took an hour and a half to get a small order delivered .. Food wasnt hot .. When I called to check on my order they transferred me to an operator of a different company .. EPIC pizza hut FAIL .. 2nd time I went for pick up to save time, one of the workers has mouth herpes, and picked at it while I stood there waiting for my pizza.

The pizza took two hours to come the pizza is cold I got cheese sticks instead of just bread sticks my drink looks like its been rolling around the floor in the back seat with a dog the pizza isnt even cut... And the worst part about it is I tipped.. Smh

I always order through the app. "They always have better deals" The food is okay, i cant complain. " you get what u pay for " delivery time always over an hour, but I havent had any problems, Ordered carry, waiting here how, said 20 min. We shall see.

Amazing; it was on time, cheap, and the workers were nice. My only complaint is the location, being really far from downtown Fairfield and not having another Pizza Hut IN Fairfield.

Honestly, this was the most depressing pizza Ive ever ordered. They hardly put anything on the pizza and we had to wait 30 minutes when we were the only order in. Never going back.

Double whatever the estimated delivery time is that they tell you. Im no expert, but I dont believe it should take 2 hours to deliver a medium pizza, on a Thursday night.

They never send the sauce and the driver never has change ( wants a bigger tip ) so now when I order ( once ** had exact change **) the driver was very rude after that

Counter service takes a long time, everyone runs around like they are lost. No one seems to know whats going on. I came here 5 times and its never changed.

This place sucks, I put an order and they said that I would be 30 min to 1 hour wait then we ended up waiting 3 hours. And I dont recommend you going here
