The munchie meal was a great deal but I wish they would use real cheese instead of fake sliced cheese. Also, the food could have been a little warmer. The panko breaded onion rings were really good.

Jack in the box just continues to improve their ingredient quality. I appreciate that prices are kept relatively flat but nearly all burgers are on a brioche bun now and produce is fresh.

Very disappointed just left there inline for a half hour by the time I got my food the order was all wrong wasted most of my lunch hour sitting in line didnt have time to take it back

Customer Service is excellent. I went on my bday with a screen shot of the coupon and no hassles. The employee just said it was the first time he got a coupon like this. Very nice.
