I was waiting to order and the person(Samantha-name on pin or Vanessa-name on receipt) at the register just ignored me and called the next customer, she didnt even aknowledge me, (I waited to see if maybe she would react, but no) maybe because Im mexican (and boy do I look mexican!) when she finally "had to deal" with the "menacing immigrant who has to BUY food for my children" she was very stark, its a shame because chick fil-a is known for its good service and good food.

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment! Staff is always personable, polite, and smiling! My kids love their indoor play area. Kids meals contain an educational surprise. Closed on Sundays...its Sabbath people! Staff can can attend Church or spend time with fam! Wish more businesses would do this! Come for the yummy food thats fast and you will get so much more...community!

Just went thru the drive thru. From the order booth to the window I realized I forgot my wallet. The nice lady asked her manager what to do and he said "we got it" and she gave me the food and told me to have a blessed day. With 2 hungry toddlers in the back seat, this was extremely appreciative. Not sure of the managers name but he is awesome.

Was delighted to finally find a Chick fil A in the bay area. It didnt disappoint. the staff there also provided excellent service -- they went around offering wet napkins. the service was way beyond any other "fast food" type restaurant, and probably better than some regular "sit down" restaurants.

Its Chick-fil-A...which means... Great food! Friendly and helpful staff, can you say, "My pleasure"! Good value! Clean! Im really try hard not to give 5 stars to any business because there is always room for improvement. However, Im not sure where Chick-fil-A needs to improve. They are great!

...Only been here once. There was nothing on my sandwich.. and I didnt get a straw. Sometimes people mess up or. You just happen to go when "that one employee" was working right before they got fried...... Buuut all I got was a pricey bun. ..... Hope it was just an isolated event..

Fastest drive through experience ever!! 5-6 cars in front of us and we barely had to wait 5 min for all of them to get their food then our turn and on our way. Of course, the food is always super good so the fast drive through is just a bonus

Always amazing service and great food! This particular Chik-Fil-A makes you feel like your dining in a restaurant, with employees floating around regularly offering to refresh your beverage, take trash, and fetch anything needed.

Jess, the manager, informed me that the spicy chicken looks burnt because of the seasoning and that the cheese cant be melted because if comes from the fridge, however, offered me a refund if I didnt like my food--thanks!

The staff here is nice and welcoming and there is always staff out in the lobby cleaning tables and checking up in us. Welcome change at a fast food restaurant. The good is good too.

Drive through kinda sucks. People outside to help but the line can be confusing based on which way your coming from. And still kinda slow. One of the employees had an attitude too.
