Worst service I EVER HAD!! Wait was abt 10min,not too bad, but the second we r seated (literally, we were still opening the menus) the rude waiter comes for our order. He comes back 2min later, so we just hurry up&order. 40 min later still waiting for our 3burgers he asks if we want drink refills. Abt 5-10min later our food arrives&my bacon isnt even cooked&put cold chs on top when it was done. I wait 5-10 more min for him to come back with the drink refills to ask if they cud pls cook it more, and he takes the burger&runs off. I tried to stop him several more times without luck to try &get some napkins since we never got napkins or silverware! Finally he dumps a stack of napkins on his way to do something else. At this point my kids have FINISHED eating&we have been there over an hour when they FINALLLY bring my burger back another 10 min later. I told them since everyone was done i would jus take it to go&they brought me a box. The other server/supervisor? Gave us that burger free, but it ended up not being eaten so not much of a compromise! We ordered all the burgers extra well done, my sons was pink so most of that was wasted also! Seeing that 2of our 3burgersfood were no good, no silverware, rude service, rushed waiter, and a 45+ min wait for the undercooked food I would advise you to try somewhere else! Plus I went with 2 kids &they gave us a table in the BAR! No customer service, and NOT family friendly, a real dissapointment since it was supposed to be a treat!

I came in today around 3:30pm with my mother. She was in town from Oregon so I was treating her to dinner. The server was very patient with us as my mom took awhile to choose her meal. However, once we chose our meal we saw precious little of our server. I initially ordered a coke and waited on my mom to order. The server came back and got my moms drink order at which time I needed a refill which she tended to. Our meal arrived shortly thereafter. It was disturbing that our appetizer and main course arrived withing SECONDS of eachother. My coke was empty within 5-8 minutes of my meal arriving and I placed the glass at the edge of the table to indicate a refill. It went unfilled for over 10 minutes. Our bottomless fries were only refilled one time when the server happened to be walking by and ask if we wanted a refill and I had to point out my empty glass. Once we reached a cessation of our meal the server came by. There was no offer of dessert or anything additional she was ready to check us out so we could leave. Grant it she helped me sign up for the rewards program and added a few points to my account once that was done I was left to pay my bill and there was no conclusion the waitress was done with us and we left. From here on I dont believe Ill ever dine in at this location but maybe just maybe order take out. I was extremely disappointed.

Returned to Red Robin this evening in hopes of improving on the last experience. Needless to say, it was not a pleasant evening. POSITIVE: Hostess did a nice job of greeting us and keeping us updated on the wait. Estimated 15 minutes, we were seated in less than 10. Saturday night so service was good given the crowd. Actual food was good by taste. Wedge salad was excellent. Burgers were okay, nothing special. NEGATIVE: Burger cooked well despite asking for "pink". Garden burger was still cold and forgot to add cheese. Child chicken WAY too small. My 4-year old finished his meal and we had to get him more food. Fries with meal was smaller than small. When asked for more, it took 15 minutes to deliver "bottomless fries." Never offered to refill drinks or water, only booze. When asked for more water, took way too long. MINOR ISSUES: Appetizer plates were never cleared from the table. Not a lot of room to work with so would have been nice if someone had taken them away. Again, Saturday night so very busy but someone should be able to remove a plate. Too many mistakes happen at this particular Red Robin and the food quality is not good enough to justify the lackluster experience. Unfortunate because we have enjoyed RR in other locations over the years.

This is the second time I have been to this Red Robin in Vacaville. While I always had great food and service in Folsom and Fairfield, I have had a poor experience both times I visited this one in Vacaville. The first time, I was seated and waited 20 minutes just to have a server even acknowledge us and that was only after I had enough and complained to a hostess. Everyone else in our area was seated after us and serves before us. The Manager came out and was very nice. He even took off the appetizers we ordered from our final bill. Since he was so nice about it, we were willing to try again. Yesterday we went in again and this time we were greeted by our server promptly. We even had another server come by to make sure we were helped. However, then we ordered our food and the Kitchen took forever to get the food out. The server apologized to us before we ever complained and another table was having the same problem. However, this time the only apology we got was free fries (you know the ones you get free anyway because they are bottomless fries). Needless to say, we are done visiting Red Robin.

I had high expectations, but sadly I was disappointed. It took almost 10 minutes for my smoothie to come out even though I ordered it on the tablet they had. I had ordered the fiery burger but got the wrong one. My server Michelle told me that I had ordered a different one even though my bf repeated the order to her again. After eating we waited again another 10 minutes for our check while we pushed the call server button and so many of the servers walked passed us ignoring the light flashing. Even our own server ignored the flashing until after awhile. Paid in cash and left no tip because she also messed up on other peoples order as well.

Best place to get a really good burger. Just dont order to pick up. The service is decent if you eat at a booth. However, the service for pickup was horrible. I waited for 20 min before I finally got rung up. People who were behind me in line got served first. Apparently, I had to wait for one specific person to help me and that person took forever. Not sure why it had to be done that way and the other person available couldnt help me! it doesnt make since. It matters not as I wont be ordering pickup from them again.

I have to say it has got to be one of the better experiences we have ever had at Red Robin. Ashley was awesome. The teamwork was awesome. I have always recommended Red Robin, but this one rates at the top of my list. There can always be negative experiences no matter where you go. If you give them a chance Red Robin will do whatever they can to make it right. Our daughters birthday was brought to a most delicious end with the most amazing service. Thank you.
