This place uses quality ingredients, and prepares after you order. The prices are generally pretty fair, and the restaurant is clean. I gave 4 stars because my girlfriend got a lamb gyro, and a lot of the meat had large chunks of fat on it. Its not the type of gyro where they cut the chunks off the rotisserie meat fryer. Also, and this is not a complaint because the menu is clear, but just a note that if youre not a fan of rosemary, do not order the chicken kabob plate. The chicken was good quality white meat, but the rosemary is very distinct! Like I said, though, the menu is clear that they use rosemary as one of the seasonings. Overall, its a good place to have lunch! Ive eaten there before without the issue of the fatty lamb meat, so this could have been a one-time thing.

Honestly I have never been here. I dont want to say their food is bad or anything like that. The reason I gave two stars is because the reason I havent been here is because they only have falafel on Wednesday and Friday. I dont know why. It seems rediculous for a place that serves Mediterranean food to not serve it full time. I mean why Wednesday and Friday and not any other day? Fix that, and Im there. No disrespect to the owners. I had to give a star rating to write a review

We used to love this place. They always substituted hummus for the tzatziki sauce since I cant eat it. Apparently management changed their policy to not allow substitutions. You just get more of the other ingredients if you cant have something in the gyro. Very bad management decision. We will be taking our business elsewhere. If management would reverse their decision, we would be happy to eat there again.

Gourmet Exprezz went from being worth the expense to expensive school cafeteria food. Meat looks an tastes like its been in a hot holding case all day, not fresh at all. Website fails to describe much about food makeup. Such as Royal Rice being full of beef. Staff is nice, they offered to replace my order when I realised Royal Rice was full of beef and all over my other food. The place is very clean.

As someone who grew up on Mediterranean Cuisine, and as a chef, I can truly say that this small casual family run restaurant is a gem! Very good quality food that will awaken your taste buds and appetite! Stopped here for the 1st time on our drive down from Portland, and this will be a must stop from here on. Easy off and the back on from I-80. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I went there for the first time today, as it is across the street from my house. I really didnt know what to expect, and was thinking I would be getting something mediocre at best. I ordered a beef shawarma and it was delicious! Fresh, and seasoned really well with soft flat bread. The place was clean and spacious. Cant wait to go back again!

Stopped off here on our way up to South Lake Tahoe for lunch. The service is quick and the food is not bad. I ordered the chicken kabob plate, which was filled with an enormous portion of rice and side salad. The chicken was seasoned well, but relative to other Middle Eastern chicken kabob it wasnt the best.

Came here one day for the first time and ordered the lamb plate. 3/4 was full of overcooked rice with a small side of lamb and a small scoop of veggies. If I wanted to pay for $11 of rice I would have gone to Walmart and bought several pounds for a few bucks less. Not coming back.

This is the first time that I went to this place and am pleasantly surprised. It is a large clean friendly place with really good food and moderate prices. Also it is a nice break from the standard fast food place. I will be back!

Im from the bay area and this is the closest restaurant you can get to the ones in Greece and the Mediterraneans. Authentic, cooked by Mediterranean natives, superb service, I sure hope youll enjoy it as much as I do.

Great place to get a shwarma and dolmatas; didnt care too much for the whole potato cake, tasted kinda like mexican food. I am just saying that they are not for me. Oh, and I hear the hummus is the bomb!

Good Gyros just wish they did a lamb and beef style in the slow roasted spic. This is more of sliced deli meat style Gyro. But the lamb is better IMO.
