The food is ok and The service is TERRIBLE.I usually have to wait 10 minutes per refill, and its not like I am slamming my Arnold Palmers back like a madwoman. My food usually comes out before my 2nd refill. Then I just stare at my food until I get my refill and by then its usually cold. Also, this place doesnt understand when you say ," coffee and water". They bring you, either/or. Napkins? This place has never heard of them. Oh, if you need any artificial sweetener, just know the caddy that usually holds them is for show only. There is usually like 3 sugar packets in there though.If you eat here, keep reminding your server to bring you what you need or else you wont see it. I understand what servers go through but at some point maybe the company should hire more.

I am currently sitting in a booth..I have been here for 20 min have yet to see our server...after sitting here for 15 min I had to pull the hostess aside and made her take our order so my 2 yr old can eat sometime before noon...a server finally gave us silverware and refilled my husbands drink but I dont even know if she is our server or just saw an empty drink...cant give a 0 star...still waiting for our food...I will not be coming back...I even pulled the manager aside and she said they are understaffed and corporate wants them understaffed...now after 30 min our server finally introduced herself...its ridiculous here.

It was OK the wait was thirty minutes. Food not bad but a bit pricey,I will give them 6 stars for service I was impressed our waitress was an attractive Latina young lady full figured but very very nice ,attentive and professional I have to describe the individual but I forgot her name and when I feel that an establishment has a bad or great employee I let it be known! P.S. I forgot one more detail or practice that they should stop immediately "we got our bill of what we ordered way before we got our food so that was bad...

I came here exactly expecting the same great service I received yesterday at the IHOP on Arden way.... Not the case here though my fiances food had to be remade after we waited for 45 mins for it to come out in the first place .... The server came back and told us that she didnt charge us for extra sour cream now what she shouldve said was we took care of your fiances meal because we screwed it up twice. I will never come back to this IHOP

Should have gotten the message when we were seated, not my fault the host has to work for a living. Cooks must have been overwhelmed, who can undercook scrambled eggs, burnt sausage, toast soaked with butter, asked for crisp hash browns they were burnt, good thing I wasnt choking , guess no refills on water. To say the least will not return.

Didnt actually get to eat here. While waiting for food had to kill several bugs that crawled from under the table. Then when the server put the Ketchup from the kitchen on our table and another bug came out from the around the bottle we had enough and left. I like IHOP I just wont be going back to that one until they get their act together.

The waitresses here are always great. But the last time we attempted to come here for breakfast, we were waiting in the line to be seated and the hostess just pulls someone out that barely walks in, never signed in or anything and seats them before us. Horrible job at the hostess stand. So we just walked out.

The food was stale and the cashier named Veronica and her friends completely ignored our complaints instead they continued to laugh and giggle at jokes they were making amongst themselves. Service there is horrible took 30-40 minutes after ordering our food to come and it was cold and super dry.not worth it

This is my second time coming to this location and I am still very satisfied with the service. My daughter and I came to have breakfast for my birthday and the food was delicious! Our server was so nice and didnt forget a thing. I will definitely continue coming to this location.

We waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were even standing there to be seated.. Then when we were sat they guy sat us a a dirty ass table. Seats and floor were horrible. Then our server reha had the oh God why am I working voice and attitude.. Very disappointed

Honestly came in for some delicious pancakes with my daughter and wife So we order I order a breakfast sampler instead of the sausage to substitute it with bacon, simple request got my order no ham just bacon. Not to mention the service was crap just like their pancakes

Nothing...food was horrible, customer service terrible, and all our food was messed up. Never eating here again. To top it off they denied the fact that there was a manager there that we could talk to about Maria and her terrible attitude.

Open 24 hours, which is its best feature in my opinion. Good enough breakfast selection and kind enough staff. Bathroom needs updating, but otherwise the service was quick enough. Better than a Denny’s, but not a BJs.

Went for breakfast to this place. Very nice seating area. I order double blueberry pancake and the portion was generous. I loved the idea of getting coffee in thermos. I guess its all you can drink :)

Im a nursing/pumping mommy. The restroom is not clean. There is a changing table but not outlets to pump. Food an1s staff are great. This location does not reconize military/veterans.

Had chicken and spinish crepes. Would have prefered the spinish be included in crepe, instead of being the bed for the crepe with chicken, but it was pretty good.

Dirty conditions just look at the door handles as you enter. Sloppy service. Eggs came raw, appeared to microwave them and re-serve.
