Sat at table for a long time without service. After some time, the next customer came & sat at the next table and were served water & drinks almost immediately. Wait staff & Cooks talking & laughing, no Manager in sight. I left my table to ask staff for water. I was told "someone will be right with you". I sat & waited. Staff continued conversation. I was thirsty & hungry, so I got up & left. I had water in the car. It was inconvenient, but I ate somewhere else. I was really hoping to have the special I saw on TV.

The service was good and fast, although Im not impressed with the cooks talents, my TBone and eggs were like eating poached rubber, tasteless and not properly cooked , I ordered medium, it was rare on one side and over well on the other as well as pouring 1/2 of what looked more like water than meat juice into bottom of plate before it was even cut!!! If I ever go back its only because I live close

This is an early morning review. The restaurant was pretty clean as you would expect for a place that didnt have many customers at that time. Was promptly greeted, seated, and given time to look over the menu. Food and service were great. The bathrooms were well maintained as expected. A better bang for your buck when it comes to what you can get at IHOP.

Slow service, young female server complained the whole time that she was the only one working and that she was pregnant. Took 5 minutes to seat us into an empty restaurant, 15 minutes to receive drink orders and to take food order, 15-20 mins to receive food. And we received our food AFTER another customer who sat down 10 minutes after us.

The food was great but the server aysha in particular was not simple fact of us sitting down having our breakfast came back with our receipt 5 mins after we got our meal my family and I felt rushed never have I felt rushed to eat she should be thankful I didnt leave a tip after I ask for water.

Staff is super - friendly and already knows me after 4-5 times eating here! Great food (of course). Sometimes its busy but I usually come when theres more staff than customers haha. I love to have breakfast here and then walk over to the Bradshaw Animal Shelter to volunteer!

We just spend night in the area and were so disappointed in our hotel accommodations. Didnt expect anything good. Were so surprised with service. Host was very friendly, waitress nice and courteous. Food was outstanding. Very clean and very great experience.

Called to order over the phone 6 times. At different time intervals. No one answered a single time. Very annoying, had to order from the IHOP on Arden which is a 20 minute drive from me. Arden store answered the on the first ring.

Been here a couple of times, was not really impressed with the breakfast. I think I can make my eggs better even though I dont cook ha-ha. But for the people who enjoy pancakes, they have good choices of berries.
