Can i first just say Ive never complained about my food or service ever ever EVER but it was so awful here i had to! Went in early one busy morning and wad seated. From jump my server seemed to be out of her element. She said she never worked mornings she works nights and that she hated the staff and they were slow. That was before we even ordered. So we ordered. Simple order. Nothing special.and my friends omelette was brought out and only part if mine. Only 2 pieces of very raw bacon and a tiny portion of hashbrowns and w small burnt pieces of toast. I waited as long as i could for my 2 eggs. But by the time she brouggt them i had ate some of my bffs food so i just wanted to leave. Still she blamed the kitchen for the delay. I had to go complain to a manager and he felt so bad he comped my whole bill.he was very nice about it but i still will never go back. In case that big blonde haired girl is there again.

Pretty freaking terrible. Posted a picture of my bacon Im sure it will stick out. Cook didnt even take time to unfold the bacon on the grill much less cook it all the way. Its heartbreaking cause I really had a terrible love affair with bacon but this ihop might have broken me of that special love we had for good. Ive seen turkey bacon in the freezer Isle that looked more tasty. Waitress was pretty good but when she took my limp unexplainably veggie like bacon back to the cook I heard the cook ask "whats wrong with it?" When I got a new plate it was basically burt. Im a nurse and if I executed my job as naively as this cook did people would die and then would ask "whats wrong with the pt?"! I am still praying to St. Montezuma right now he doesnt take his revenge. God bless America, our troops and Dennys!

We come to this place for breakfast and especially for their pancakes, which they do quite well. We have been coming here over the years and never had any complaints about the food but with the service. Sometimes you have to remind them that you havent been served and other times they ask if youve been served? "REALLY....." Not a good way to run a business with no floor manager to monitor their staff. We continue to eat here and the service has gotten better. They used to just specialize in breakfasts but has expanded their menu to include lunch and dinner. Breakfasts are their strong points. :-/

Worst customer service ever! Initially waited 15 mins before the waitress decided to approach us. Didnt have any silverware and waited 10 more mins just for that. Seating area contained about half occupancy. Needed a refill on my drink, had to slurp the last few drops loudly before waitress finally came by. Coffee was burnt, eggs were raw and the sausage turned to mush. Didnt get any butter for my toast and not enough jelly, ended up leaving half the burnt toast behind. Had taken 10 min just to get a bill.

Service was horrible. We waited to be seated for about 15 mins, when there was no one waiting and plenty of tables empty. The waiters were just looking and walking past us. Finally we got a table and come to find out that it was a dirty table. The cooks were fast, but the waiter was just horrible. We had to wait another 15 mins to get our check and another 15 so she could collect our payment. I dont understand why that was happening if the restaurant wasnt even busy. Definitely bad customer service.

if you come here you , you already know what ihop is all about! so dont expect the best restaurant experience of your entire life! people come to ihop for breakfast (the pancakes are awesome) and to sip on some of their amazing coffee, and engage in conversation with your friends service is friendly, coffee is put on your table with the quickness, and now its time to unwind if youre thinking either Dennys or IHOP in Tracy... go with this IHOP

It is really nice here, the waitress is super friendly, They are understanding if you want to be seated in the back area. Its kid friendly. The only bad things are, that sometimes the coffee cups are not washed well and you get one with lipstick on it, and the prices are a bit high.

Coffee was great, they have flavored creamer, and it was never ending! I had the Swedish crepes, with 2 eggs and bacon. All was great! Service was right on also. The bathroom was messy and lacking paper towels, but I told them and they cleaned and fixed it immediately. We will be back!

Went for dinner here because it was Saturday night in our small town and everything else is busy...They served a small but decent dinner menu but I had the chicken and waffles that was good and it was a good size portion of chicken strips Id recommend

Tracy CA IHOP was very good. Seated quickly even though they were very busy. Waitress was authentically, sincerely kind and helpful. Order came quickly considering how busy they were. The only complaint would be the coffee didnt taste very good.

No star is how I feel. Food took forever. Waited for a Togo box for 10 minutes and then waited another 10 minutes for the check which you can longer pay on the way out. You have to wait for your waitress for that too.

iHops are iHops theres absolutely no difference in the customer service, menu selection, parking lot location, restaurant lay-out or for that instance even the people working looks so similar.

Had the $14.00 steak omlet and it was not very good not what we expected. I have warm tea without ice when I ask for iced tea. The waiter was nice however, I dont think well come back.

This will be my last visit here. Again there were issues with the food. Egg shells in the food. Everyone said "sorry" but does not change the fact that I could not finish the meal.

For over 20 years IHOP has been a favorite with me for breakfast foods here in Tracy this service there is excellent and the food is always good I recommend highlight five stars
