First Farmer Boys that me and my buddy had a bad experience with....First, service took awhile. The place wasnt even busy...that should have been a hint for us. Second, when my buddy got his order the chicken strips were small, fries looked like they had been fried twice, not fresh and onion rings were small, not big ones that he usually gets from other Farmer Boys. Lastly, my charbroiled chicken salad did not come as I expected. The chicken was blanched nothing like charbroiled. It tasted like it was boiled, awful. I usually finish my salad to the last green in the bowl. The worst Farmer Boys we exprienced. We will never go to this Farmer Boys again.

Like the food and that its suppose to be fresher, pretty clean most times I have been, but have been to better locations. They also have a reward system but its not as great as dominos. It takes a long time to gather enough points to get something. As for the food I love the French toast and the zucchini fries. Everything is good though those are just a couple of my favorites.

Food takes forever But I dont mind. Food is made to order. And I love that. Its not waiting under a hot lamp. It was made specifically for me. It always tastes fresh. Now the coke lines are a different story. Lol they need to be cleaned more often. They have a mildew taste. But once they get a handle on that. It will be perfect

Horrible service went through drive through and took forever, sandwich was soggy,fries were burnt, avocado was brown,soda was watery and no sauces were given! Called to speak with a manager I was placed on hold for 5 minutes then call was lost. Tried calling back several times and no answer!

Did drive through, services were so slow that by the time we got our food most of it was cold. Had to ask 3 times for a cup of ice water and still had to go inside to get it. Chili cheese fries were under cooked. Basically not a good dining experience.

Horrible slow staff, ordered a breakfast burrito to go waited 25 min before I decided to check on my order it was just sitting there on the counter off to the side cold! I ask for a refund they didnt even give me all my money back! Never goin back...

DONT ORDER THE CHILI FRIES.THEY WERE A JOKE. We paid $5.69 for them thinking There was going to be alot and there wasnt. A small plate of fries with chili and cheese on top. The pastrami was good but the portions are small for what you pay for.

Southwest chicken salad was a good value and one of the only meals under 800 calories, yikes! I cant in good faith try a burger unless I ran a 10K that day first, but they smelled good. The interior and bathrooms could use a little updating.

Staff is the best, they are personable and even the cooks are ready to make you smile, by making you exactly what you want , how you want and why you want, anything on their menu, always open, nice female order takers, hot and friendly

Great food! Horrible customer service! Ive been to a few and the CS is always bad...and dont even get me started on the drive thru! Its the longest wait EVER! In-N-Out is way more popular and get so crowded but they are on it!

Food is decent, but the cost for what you get is way too high... I could get greater variety in burgers and food at Chiles or Applebees, plus a sit down restaurant, and nicer ambiance for a bit less than at Farmer Boys...

Bacon was a little overcooked, but the rest tasted fine. Service was a little slow. The overall quality makes it hard to judge the lack of speed, however. The restaurant looks very nice and enjoyed every last bite.

Probably best location ever -- service is excellent. Plenty of clean seats. And free wifi! Been to plenty in LA west here and those were horrible food and service. Lots of booth window seating.

Staff is nice and polite. Food is good and fresh cooked buy expensive if its not on sale or if you dont have a coupon. 2 bell ringer combos are over $22 without a coupon. Way too high.

Drive thru waited are never less then 15-20 mins. Ive come and been the only person and you still wait forever. Customer service, what? Good food but the CS and wait times kill it.
