In-N-Out has decent burgers. The patties are seasoned well, and they have a fresh off the griddle flavor. The brown coloring on the patties are actual sear marks, not food coloring. Melted cheese adds a gooey richness to each bite, contrasting with the fresh veggies that provide a nice crisp. I typically dont like sauces/condiments in my burgers, but the Thousand Island dressing doesnt bother me, and thats saying a lot. I never really crave their burgers, but theyre good and reasonably priced. Although the burgers are fine, I really cant get on board with the fries. Even if I order them well done, theyre never really that crispy, and the inside is more mealy than soft and fluffy. The flavor doesnt really work for me either. Theyre very bland and dont have the saltiness or strong potato flavor that I enjoy. I applaud them for cutting and frying the potatoes in house, but its meaningless when the results are just limp sticks of cardboard. I noticed that they dont double fry their fries, so they should try doing that.

Honestly, how can anyone hate on In-N-Out?? Its probably one of the BEST fast food options out there that actually serve a relatively "clean, quality" meal for a really affordable, good price. I mean, $2-4 for a burger with all the fixings is an amazing deal! How I like my In-N-Out: 3 patty, 1 cheese, no spread, sub with ketchup and mustard, both kinda of onions (raw and fried), tomato, lettuce, and chillies. Umm, total foodporn right?? And it comes out to be $4. Granted, they can season their patties better with more flavor. Theres no better deal out there. Also, beware of the long drive-thru lines and lines inside. I always opt to park my car, go inside, and place my order, rather than rot my engine and mind waiting forever. I feel like you get the better full experience lining up in person anyways -- I just love smelling the aroma of the food and watching their cooks work their magic. What can I say? I love In-N-Out!

Its not fair. Put a In-N-Out right off the freeway and next door put a Krispy Kreme. Great. The lines to get in via car are always long and the lines inside the restaurant are longer, but the good news is they both move pretty fast, considering.. The whole deal with In-N-Out was that it was literally that, In-N-Out, grab your stuff and go. Its weird to see people sitting around eating like it was supposed to be a... sit down and eat type of place. But in so.cal all the tables were OUTside, so you go IN to get your food.. OK never mind all that. Give me a Double-Double Animal Style and Fries Well Done, sometimes Animal Style, sometimes with a shake. I dont care for the side dose of religion in the packaging, but that gets thrown away soon enough, and doesnt stop me from coming back for more of what I really came for -- good ol 100% American fast food.

In-N-Out is always a reliable standard for being tasty and consistent. The food is always good and fresh, and the customer service is impeccable. However. This location has a massive wait almost all of the time. This isnt due to any lack of competence on the part of the employees - theyre busting their rears and theyre doing it with a smile. The problem is that theyre simply inundated with people all of the time. Initial service at the ordering line is fast, but dont be surprised if youre looking at a 20 minute wait for your food. Everyone is doing their level best do deliver, they just cant keep up with the insane amount of people who come in.

Theres always a balance between quality and price, and for me In-N-Out does a good job of finding that sweet spot. It isnt the cheapest burger and it isnt the best burger, but its cheap enough and good enough. As is the case with other locations, the drive-through for this location regularly backs up onto the street. It can take 20+ minutes to get through the line. Ive never liked the In-N-Out fries; they are too soggy for me. Perhaps being freshly cut is actually a disadvantage because of water content. You can order the fries well done, which is an improvement, but we usually forego them. The In-N-Out shakes are pretty good, though.

This is my guilty pleasure ! Nothing like a Double Double with Grilled Whole Onions ! I do the Drive In and the cars move fairly fast as the kitchen fills their orders with freshly made Burgers, Shakes, and Fries, Many love Animal Style , and have tried it myself but not really into having mustard on my burgers , but if you like mustard then Animal Style is killer. But for me its about Grilled Whole Onions on a well cooked Burger , and happy that I have the choice of either whole of chopped onions be they fresh or cooked. Just make sure that when you leave the lot that you pay attention to the traffic signs.

Very busy place! Our guest # was 42 and they were calling out orders for guest #s 12 and 13 by the time we got done ordering. The wait for our food was about 25 minutes, which doesnt really coincide with the name "In-N-Out". Other than the long wait, everything else was good. I wasnt a big fan of the fries (a bit dry for my taste) but the Double Double burger is awesome! I can see why some people are willing to wait 20-30 minutes to eat a burger here.

I came in and ordered 2 animal style fries and they didnt put any sauce on the fries. I ordered a burger and it was burnt and they didnt put grilled onions like I asked not to mention being order 55 and 54 (my boss) I got my food after 30 other people got there food 20 of which came AFTER ME. I deffinately disagree with there $12 a hour wages when I bust my ass at work doing construction for $10. I do my job but for some reason they cant

Came here on election night and this place was packed! The lines were out the door and it took a while to get the food but the quality of the burgers and fries were just as i remembered them and I was able to get a seat for our party of 3 which was great. We ordered off the secret menu and all our requests were satisfied! We parked at the Chase parking lot since it was impossible to get into the parking lot of in n out!

I was mesmerized on the name of In-N-Out when i first entered USA at the state of California from Philippines. Very awesome restaurant The food is incredible, fries are very clever, burgers are way soooooo awesome! Price here is cheaper, whats not good here in In-N-Out is too small to sustain a lot of customers. at your 6$ you can order fries, burger and soda with the tax included on that 6$ .. its sooooooooooooo good :D

Would I come back: Yes! (and we did come back) Value: Couldnt believe how affordable everything was considering how fresh the ingredients seemed. The Good: Food was good, price was amazing. Staff were really friendly and got the food out quickly even though they were completely slammed. The Bad: We didnt know there was a secret menu until after we ordered =(. Bath/Rest/Wash-rooms: Clean if not anything special.

This was my first time trying a protein style burger, something I will only order to avoid wheat which doesnt agree with me. The guy was really friendly and helpful. I was surprised that In and Out has such a good price still on their meals. Iced tea with fresh lemon was a nice no sugar drink option. Its a nice restaurant to grab a burger and fries. Be careful, theres a Krispy Kream next door!
