Service during lunch today was awful. Mind you, they had two waitresses serving a near empty restaurant. The most frustrating part was that the waitresses lazed about talking with each other. Even waving my hand out for some service was to no prevail. Food took a ridiculously long time to come. How is it even possible for the kitchen to be backed up when you have no new customers coming to order food? It truly perplexes me. A watched as a little old lady waited so long for her food that she just gave up and walked out. That is how impossible long it takes to get your food. I had the San Francisco sandwich with blue cheese, sautéed mushrooms, and sautéed onions. Definitely not worth the $10.50 considering the sandwich was excessively dripping oil. Im guessing the source was the sautéed veggies. They were simply drenched in oil, not really cooked. Otherwise, the taste was pretty good. The Western burger, on the other hand, was average at best. Too pricey for a regular burger. Overall, dont think I would go back.

The first time I ordered at Burgermeister was unfortunately to-go. Immediately walking through the door I wish I had dined in. The walls were decorated with fun and eye-catching posters, and I was greeted so pleasantly. I walked up to the counter to place my order and got more great service. The menu selection is by far the best for getting an awesome burger, and they really bring it with taste.

The place is GREAT, it is a restaurant and also has a bar if you want to come with a friend to stop by in Westlake. The burgers are too good. I recommend it! Glad its in the center of Westlake shopping. Mostly above all I like to Thank Anastazja for the service. She was so attentive, kind, and thoughtful. Great service. I will definitely come back. The courtesy is fantastic.

BurgerMeister is my favorite burger place and one of my favorite restaurants period. Also, I like that this location is a full sit-down restaurant. The burgers are the main attraction, and they are really good. However, there other food is too. I personally like their buffalo chicken sandwich and their specialty fries like their garlic fries and chili cheese fries.

For me its all about the roasted garlic fries. The beef patty was a bit thin and wide. Super Duper has the edge when it comes to thickness, but Burgermesiter does offer an extra patty for $3.50. That extra patty should do it if you have an appetite. They have one TV above the bar if trying to catch a game. Again, the roasted garlic fries are a must.

Veggie burger is quite good, you can get it any way you want it. Milkshakes also very good. A little bummed about the garlic fries, though -- theyre just normal fries with minced garlic dumped on top. Had hoped for garlic-battered fries. Still, delish. Well worth a visit if you want a big messy burger.

I love the burgers here. There is a good selection of toppings. For vegetarians, the portobello burger is a fantastic choice. They are very generous with the fries. The milkshakes are also delicious. The service can be a bit slow, so if you go for lunch, plan accordingly.

Excellent food, but a little more pricey than I expected. The food is worth it, just not a place I can frequent that often. I really like the option to build your own burger, even though I didnt use that option. I tried the Meisterburger and it was fantastic.

One of the best local burger joints. Great quality. From the meat to the veggies. And the veggie burgers are delicious. Even for a meatasaurus, like me, their veggie burger is delicious. I get it with cheese and bacon and I dont even miss the cow at all.

Service was good, food was better. Atmosphere was real bad, they had a radio with Spanish music blaring in the kitchen, a radio in the dining area with disco music bkaring, and the basketball game was blaring on the tv!!! Sensory overload!!!

Great vegan burger here! Wish they made the sauces and aolis vegan too. Tuesday they have a BOGO special where you buy one get another half off. This place has different specials almost every day (I think).

This is where you bring your carnivore friends and family, but not only for burgers. Chicken can also make eating here worthwhile as can the fries and shakes.
