visited for Fathers day. We expected a wait and took a seat in the lobby after being told 20-25minutes. Everything was going well as we reached the 20 minute ish mark until this guy walks in and asks about a table for a table for 6. They told him 25-30minutes, then he made some comments about knowing the assistant general manager. Well wouldnt you know, his buddy the assistant gm strolls out of the back, chuckles with his friend, then goes over to the hostess girls, rearranges some things and says, "We got a table earmarked for ya". They head right back together. You could tell the hostess girls were frazzled and one of them headed our way at the 30 minuteish point and says "Some people are getting ready to leave, then well get that table cleaned up for you". Yah right Im thinking, guaranteed 20 more minutes of wait time because shes just buying time. Then we sat, and sat and sat. Heard one of the girls say "we need to get them back on". We were offered menus and such but the ass. GM never showed up again. 55 minutes and we got our table. Weird how that was our wait time (25minutes) and the other guys wait time (30 minutes) combined. Bottom line horrible management practices unfolded in-front of us in the lobby and the ass. GM avoided eye contact the whole time. Food was decent, server was great, management is a trainwreck.

Update: Just came back to try this location out again but sadly got wore service then the first time. It wasnt that busy in the restaurant and it took a long time for anyone to even walk by to ask for anything. The server acted like it was such a hassle to order or ask for anthing. She was not that friendly and just walked away after asking for something. I asked for some barbecue sauce and she said that they are searching the kitchen for it, by the end of the meal it still didnt come out. I hope they have stopped looking for it since I have left. Update*** When first walking in the host just stood there and did not greet me or ask how many people were in my party. At that point I told them how many were in my party and they sat there wispering to each other. Finally they brought me to my seat where I waited for about 15 minutes until a server walked by and asked if I have been helped yet. The servers were friendly when they did stop at the table. This location has been super busy everytime I have came. They still havent been able to get the wait time down for food. It took a long time for the food to come out, also the fry refill took about 25 minutes. They need to start picking up the pace here. Lastly need to keep peoples drinks filled!

Ive never written a negative review before, and it pains me to do so. My family has been dining at Red Robin restaurants for over 10 years. However, we will never be returning to this location. We lucked out and were seated right away, only to sit for 11 minutes without being acknowledged by any of the wait staff or managers who walked by numerous times. No offer for drinks or water. No one even so much as looked at us to say theyd be right with us. Our server apologized when she finally got to our table. We ordered both drinks & food at the same time. After placing our order we waited an additional 14 minutes for our drinks (water). The worst part was when the food arrived. We ordered a well-done burger (no pink), which was so raw it was falling apart. The entree salad we ordered came out with brown & black molding lettuce, and limp, see-through rotten cucumbers. The French fries were not cooked and it was like eating mush in one bite, and raw hard potato in another bite. As a family who dines out quite often, we were extremely disappointed, upset by both food & service, and quite frankly, grossed out.

I have never written a review on anything ever but this needs to be said. This Red Robin is the worst. Its new and its already filthy. My husband and I have been up sick all night from the food and this morning I called to speak to a manager and after 15-20 min of run around he said he would refund my money which was all I was asking for in the first place. His first response was he would contact corporate and see if there were any other complaints before my food poisoning was considered real , Im guessing, which felt very rude and inconsiderate. I asked for information to contact corporate myself and that is when the manager changed his tune. Im very disappointed we had hoped this was going to be a fun spot here in town and looked forward to having a nice family restaurant close by. No thank you. So far there isnt one positive review on here and it hasnt even been open a month. Great job guys

When you get the menu and see the photos of the food, loaded with thick pepper bacon and avocados, you assume the burgers would have toppings on them. $14 burgers without a trace of what should be on them. Ordered the Smoke and Pepper burger little pink in the middle, it came with thin breakfast bacon, a well done burger patty, and 9 cold fries. This was just the start. My wife ordered the guacamole bacon burger no pink, it was very pink, no avocado but it had a green tint on the bun, absent of any avocado taste. My son ordered the Royal Red Robin burger no pink, it also was very pink. He picked it up to take a bite and the buns crumbled into pieces, the insides fell to the plate. We told the server and she said the manager took $5 off the bill. I will not be ripped off a second time.

Called in an hour & a half ahead to place a to go order. 2 meals. Show up at the restaurant and say we have a to go order. Girl working the front immediately doesnt know what the hell shes doing. She goes back to get our order, returns and says they have no such order. Man from the back named Steven comes out and is trying to figure out what went wrong. I ask is we can just go ahead and put our order in now. He says yes and takes it. Girl at the front has one of the worst attitudes ever when she didnt even have to do anything. Finally got our food and double checked with the hostess that I had the correct number. I did. They were completely at fault yet I still walked out feeling like it was mine? haha not a good first experience. What is it about battleground that sucks so bad??

The burger was great! Tasty fries... perfectly seasoned. Our server Katie was knowledgeable and friendly, and checked in on us often. But there was a manager there who was clearly doing nothing but standing by the bar and kitchen... she did literally nothing, for the whole 45 minutes we were there. All while the cook(?) was running around the front of house? Its probably why our food took some time to get out... not to tell you how to run your business but ive watched plenty of Kitchen Nightmares to tell you that manager--she needs to go.
