Ordered two double pattie burgers wasnt very busy 645pm on a Sunday and two bites in each burger meat was light pink continued to take a few more bites and it was completely raw in center of both patties...took it back to younger bald mgr waited to see if he WLD let the cooks know for abt 5 min inside not a word was told then stepped outside like I was leaving and waited another 15 min to watch and see if he mentioned to the cook to be careful and cook meat properly like required by state food law and not a word was spoke to any cooks. Just continued serving to kids and family

Whatever these guys are doing to their burgers, theyre doing it right. From the taste and scent of the burger, you can tell from the get go thats its beef. You take a bite, and its a wonderful dance of flavors. I had the Super Burger but I think next time, Ill have the Mini. The Super for me was just too much meat. This is a personal preference so try it out the first time, see how you like it and then go back again to see if youll stick with the first choice. Im definitely going back again. The atmosphere and customer service were just like their burgers, brilliant.

I worked in the area for a week last week and was introduced to this tasty establishment for the very first time. This has gotta be the best burger joint in the golden state of California. They offer grass fed/cagefree/organic food. The burger was juicy, the fries were golden crispy, and the beer was only $5[Racer 5 IPA]! No where in California can you get a quality combo like that. I also hear they have bomb milk shakes so maybe next time Ill try. Please open a restaurant down in Newport Beach, you guys would make a killing down here!

Pros: I liked how friendly and helpful the staff is. The fries were a great deal and the burger cooked just right. They even gave me a lettuce wrap instead of a bun, as I dont eat bread. The home made pickles were a nice touch, as well. The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. Cons: The music was too loud. This is a big space, with high ceilings, and hard surfaces, so sound just amplifies way over what is comfortable for me.

Veggie burger was disappointing. Overly cooked and just hard. I ordered the garlic french fries because all the reviews were raving about them...honestly, they were soggy and greasy and the aged chedder was barely melted. They did taste like garlic though. Not sure ill ever spend $11.17 for this type of meal. I would eat In-n-Out anyday over this place. Sorry super duper, but your not so super but i do feel duped.

Delicious burgers and crispy fries! Try the fries with their 3 dips its awesome! They used to have 2 vegetarian options now they just have one. I wish they would add more vegetarian options,but, in any case even the one they have is super good. Their shakes are also great. We usually get a kids size. The regular one is quite large. Could almost substitute for the whole meal.

I will be PREACHING about this wonderful creation until I grow old. I have always loved Super Duper and I could not be any happier to finally have one of these sinfully delicious burgers right around the corner of my work! Try the super with cheese, bacon, and an egg if you want to have an unforgettable experience! I just finished one yet I lust for another!

A solid burger. Theyre good at getting the "flavor crust" on the burger, and they have the basic toppings, plus some tasty (in-house?) pickles. Theyre a bit greasier than the average burger, but they get the job done. They come out pretty quickly to. The best thing here is the garlic fries though; theres plenty of garlic flavor!

Rip off prices. Hummus and cucumber on burger? No!! Cheap hard paper towel napkins. Brusque low iq staff. Ugly picture of cow on wall... You kill them to eat. Why not show it bloody? The pickles are good awful inedible!!! Garlic fries disgusting... Cheese not melted. Why? Soft serve ice cream drippy melty, ripoff price.

Cannot be compared with any other fast food burger place. Comparable menus, but much better taste! The difference in taste in the free-range chicken and grass-fed beefed felt. And the milk shake really tastes more natural than any fast food place. Best bang for the buck burger place if youre looking for best taste.

Beef lacks flavor, added bacon is scarce, no dill pickles available and no bbq sauce. Pathetic. At least it only took 5 mins to charge me $14 for a boring, small meal combo. Waste of time and money. Could have gotten double the about of food and better quality at Nations. Not coming back

Great, quick eats (and tasty pickles!) Enjoyed the Super Duper Burger, and a fresh, crunchy salad (need a little extra salt on the salad, notably). Garlic fries are the bomb. Really close to the highway, too, so perfect as a rest stop on the 101.

Coming from the east coast, Im a huge fan of Shake Shack. Its taken time for me to warm up to In and Out, a different beast but the same craving. If I have a hankering for a great burger just past a basic burger, its off to Super Duper!

Great burgers,.grilled chicken sandwich, fries, shakes or cones. Restaurant is clean. Always friendly service. Quality food without the wait. Homemade pickles and fresh lemonade. Same shopping center as Safeway.

Easily the best hamburger that I have had in quite a while! Juicy and flavorful. Make sure you grab plenty of napkins, can be messy. Great food, reasonable prices and fast service. What more could you ask for?

Incredible burger, amazing garlic fries. Skip the shake and certainly skip the spiked shake, its not nearly as magical as it sounds but the burger and garlic fries more than make up for it
