It was my 8 year olds birth day and the only thing she wanted to do was eat at the cheese cake factory.. Not what I expected. .food was good but just the service was bad our waiter was working 6 or 7 tables by himself..messed up our order didnt bring utensils when food was brought to the table had to wait 5 minutes until someone past by and we asked for them when we asked for refills he forgot to bring them after 15 minutes he passed by us I had to ask for them again..really sucked because there where other people standing around chatting in the hosts area and the cleaning crew where standing in a corner talking with out doing a thing ...I think if you work for a company and you see its a busy night help out. Im pretty sure they get part of the tips too.

The food is amazing but the rest of the experience is quite disappointing. The menu is mostly filled with advertisements and alcohol, the wait is insanely long for a restaurant that doesnt take reservations, its so loud you practically have to yell so someone across the table can hear you, and the service is far below anyones expectations. I advise you to order the food by phone and take it to go to, if you can handle being on hold for an extensive amount of time.

If you can feel your heart slowing just thinking about this place, you are right. The menu is very heavy and be prepared for large portion sizes. Quantity over quality for sure, but if thats what you are into, then go for it. There are plenty of eating options in this shopping center, so you dont have to rush in. But, if you are looking for some place with tasty food, lots of leftovers to take home, and dont care about your waistline, look no further.

Waiters attempt to be attentive. The kitchen staff is an absolute fail. They are the reason this place gets two stars. Customers that arrived after us received thier food ahead of us. The waiter had to constantly apologize for the food being forgotten about. But the waiters are overwhelmed and writing orders incorrectly as if they are being timed on service. We even cancelled an item because they forgot to make it. Dissatisfied for the price.

Large portions, and good food. I really love the cocktails here, they make really good mojitos. Oh also, their peach bellini is delicious! I think the only thing I dont care for is that the menu is huuugggee. It takes ages to look it over, and makes it hard to narrow down an option. But Im certainly not going to knock stars for having a large selection. The servers here have always been very nice! My favorite dessert is the lemoncello torte!

Cons: Long wait times for a table of three (45mins was told 30mins and those who arrived after me were seated first), long wait for a waiter to take out order (15 mins), long wait times for food (approx 1hr for two plates because of problems with cookware) Pros: Indoor setting is beautiful. Large portions for price. Those are the only reasons Id ever come here.

My husband and I really enjoyed the food at Cheesecake Factory in Corte Madera and keep going back. Every thing has that warm and romantic feels including the food. Customer Service is obviously the Best. My favorite drink is the Smoothie, I cant get enough of it. my husband Hazel eyes glows on each visits. I know we loved the appetizer menu a lot.

The waiters are all wonderful. I enjoy Cheesecake Factory because the portions are big, large variety on the menu, delicious desserts! I love the chicken plates and the burgers are always delicious. Although this restaurant is always FREEZING! Please turn up the heat!

Been here plenty of times. The help today was poor, reception could only deal with one person at a time. There was no line but still took 5 mins to take my name. Once seated we waited 20 mins and no one came by. Finally got up without ordering and just left.

Its cheesecake factory. Expensive, but you dont care because its great. Always Good service whenever i came. Underrated location, not too crowded, upscale and plenty of parking. Would recommend to people in west contra costa and north bay to consider.

The food is expensive but their service is great. I cant say the same about their food. They are missing flavors and also consistency. Come on, how can you even mess up on the crispy calamari?. 3 stars for the last 2 years trying to change my mind.

Overcrowded and badly managed. We stood in the entry way with a pregnant woman for 45 minutes because the host kept lying about how much longer it would be. This place should get better about predicting load and have a place to sit while waiting.

Slowest service ever. She kept getting lost in the back. Weve been here for two hours!!!! I want to go home but shes got our tickets held hostage. Any longer and Im going to end up eating my to go cheesecake here. For breakfast. Tomorrow.

I got food poisoning there. Some of my food smelled to me like overuse dishtowels and all of it was very oily and fattening, even the salads. They did refund my bill for getting sick however. But I could never eat there again. Ever.

Very good service.My pork chop was overcooked, and the manager provided a free salad while I waited.only briefly for an excellent meatloaf platter. A good place gives good service when there is a problem.

For a chain restaurant, really quite satisfying. Menu extremely varied, servers attentive and helpful ... try the herb-crusted salmon (melts in your mouth). A bit noisy, but not overly instrusive.
