Ive been going to this Super Duper since it opened and its actually improved. The quality, service, speed, and menu has all gotten better - it certainly is well managed. I like everything here and for a burger place, the menu is quite wide. The burgers are excellent. The chicken sandwich is my personal favorite. The veggie burgers are excellent too. A nice touch is the ability to get any of the above with a "lettuce bun" instead of bread. The outside patio area is nice and the building is an old Jack in the Box but completely upgraded. The only downside is that its very loud inside even when half full. Lastly, as noted, theyve considerably improved theyre drive through speed. It really was a disaster for the first year but now, its quite speedy. P.S. - whether its a negative or not, its certainly not a value burger place. Youll be out $33 to feed 3 people. In and Out is about half that for the same but clearly not in the same league.

It was literally the best burger I have ever had. They make everything that day and everything homemade. They even make killer homemade pickles which took a rightful spot on my burger. It has a great location by the bay and they dont hesitate to make a wonderful burger. They also have incredible milkshakes which quench a hungry stomach. The main reason it is so good is because it is one of those unique family run businesses which serve the best quality meat Ive ever had. They cater to everybodys needs no matter what the appetite. I discovered it by just rolling into a sweet surf shop and the locals recommended it to me, and now I would recommend it to anyone looking forward to a trip to "Flavor Town". I would definitely go there again and again.

Je ne connaissais pas cette chaine mais je dois avouer que cest une bonne surprise. Outre les glaces Chocolate Dipped Cone délicieuses, le sandwich au poulet griller est à tomber. Lots of people love this place, but I wasnt impressed. I have been there a couple of times and each time my burgers were dry and flavorless. It certainly wasnt bad, but nothing I would be excited about returning to. Some people are really jazzed about their homemade pickles, but I dont think that constitutes a visit on its own. Service was good with friendly staff place was very clean with lots of places to sit inside and out.

Best burger. hands down if you want a quickie...the have awesome fresh cut fries, and those pickels which are free...yummy..Also grabing an old fashion dipped come to share with your sweetie is a nice treat from time to time. The veggie burger was great but felt the price was a bit too much..Chicken sandwich is good go to as well. Come try it and bet youll love your burger and fries.

Great burgers, reasonably priced and decent beer on tap. Pro tip: you can probably get away with the "mini" burger (1 patty) unless youre absolutely positive you want to crush a huge burger. The outdoor section can fill up pretty quickly on weekends as cyclists pull in to refuel / finish up. Dogs / pets are allowed in the outdoor section. No table service, order at the counter.

Oh...my...gosh, this place is out of this world. I hesitate to say it is the best burger Ive ever tasted, because I love Shake Shack. But it was right up there. The burger was to die for--so juicy and flavorable. The garlic fries were amazing, and the shake was pretty darn good as well. All that and free ice cream cones for the kids. Check this place out, for sure.

Very good burgers. Great free pickle jar. Fresh. Would have been 4-5 stars but marked down because Ive had issues for the last couple of months with the vegetable toppings. Missing items (no onions last time), skimpy items (one miniature half slice of tomato or a single partial slice of pepper). Theyll fix but its getting old.

Burgers are really good, you can taste the freshness in the meat. You can either get regular fries or garlic fries. To my liking the garlic is way too exaggerated on those fries and way greasy, but if you are a true garlic lover, this is the place for you. Service was fairly quick.

This place has excellent burgers!! They offered fresh lemonade sweetened with brown sugar, organic orange juice, homemade pickles, and organic ketchup. The outdoor seating area had a neat succulent display. I would definitely return!

Best burgers around (and thats saying something with Pearls and others close by). Burgers and chicken sandwiches are deliciously tasty and the garlic fries are to die for. Oh and they dont gouge you on the prices either - a winner!

Really enjoyed the burger and chicken sandwiches. Good quality and cooked perfectly. Not the best burger I have ever eaten, but thats not what they are going for. Come for the comfort food atmosphere without the fast food vibe.

I love Super Duper. Post-hike garlic fries combined with a super burger or chicken sandwich is my go-to. I would give 5 stars but Ive noticed that theyve been getting progressively greasier and greasier as time goes by.

One of the large BB&Bs around which makes for intolerably long lines at the checkout. Rarely more than 2 cashiers on duty and not unusual to have to wait 20 minutes to pay. Hello manager - are you listening?

A small parking lot and drive-thru add some convenience that the SF locations dont have. Tasty burgers, fries, and decent milkshakes as usual. The sweet & spicy pickles anyways round it out!

All the waste is compostable or reusable. All the beef is organic free range grass fed. The have a few craft beers on tap. It really doesnt get better than super duper for fast food.
