Just got here, placed an order to go and the lil girl at the register takes my order which is something that obviously she has to do but I requested separately the dips with some fries and without asking which dips I wanted she automatcly threw Ranch dip in it and when I asked her how come she didnt ask me which kids of dips wanted, regardless Im paying for it so I have the right to get what I desire......Now, after I made all this questions and sat to wait for my order I realized that on the combo I requested which was the 20 pc she threw the amount of wings with the flavors i guess was easier for her to type down on the register but at all this point I wont say anything due i dont wanna ruin my day so thats that.....THIS KIDS NEED TO HAVE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKOLLS CAUSE ITS NOT RIGHT THEY DO WHAT THEY FEEL LIKE IT WITHOUT CONFIRMING WITH THE CUSTOMER WHICH IN THIS CASE THATD BE ME.

The employees at this wing stop are thieves they stole a camera and bag full of picture cds a customer left it at a table and walked out. An employee grabbed it. The other customers saw the employee take it and when the kid came back to get it. The employees told him there is no camera or bag and they havent seen it or know anything about it. Shame on them. After going back and forth with the employees the kid left sad and disappointed knowing the employees stole his property. After a phone call from his parent and a threat to call corporate the camera and bag mysteriously reappeared the next day. Thank goodness he got it back. Good job hiring thieves and dishonest people wingstop. Great for the community I bet its the same environment throughout all there stores.

I called in for order pick up and was placed on hold for 8 mins and than hung up on me I called again and was placed on hold again for 10 mins I called again and was placed on hold again for 6 mins and than hung up on this wingstop has the worse employees working for them this is ridiculous!!!!!! Losers

Ordered online, my order was ready when I arrived. Ive tried several chicken wings am trying ti get to the hot one but not to hot(spicy), trying till I get to the one for me. I am at the original hot one right now will be trying the next one. Like the taste

The wings are really good. Although, I have one issue almost everytime I come. Usually when I come, the wait is abot 13 minutes.. but most times its almost 30 minutes just for 10 boneless wings. This is all this place needs to work on. The waiting.

Major disappointment today. Had to ask for parmessan on my parmessan garlic wings, the fries were cold. Ate all the wings, still waiting on fries...when they were ready...they were darker than my Louisiana rub sauce.
