Called in my order, and asked to have two flavors mixed. The girl who took my order said that they can not mix the flavors but I can substitute my dipping sauce for the extra flavor. I have been to a few different Wing stops in different cities and this has never been an issue. The two by my house are actually encouraging me to try different mixes. I wasnt very happy and did question whether or not that was really the only option. Once I got my food I found multiple hairs in my order. I called and let the manager on duty know they offered free food but the last thing Im going to do is eat there again free or not. I work in the customer service industry. The two girls working there were rude and looked extremely unhappy. Will never eat at this location. Very disappointed.

I go to this wing stop on occasions. The service I get is alright. Although the workers there say "Welcome to Wingstop" sometimes they take a while to take your order, but i guess they are really busy due to alot customers. The wings are delicious. There are times though when i get really small wings. I mean what am I? A Little kid or did I order from the kids menu? But then there are times I get big ones. *Pause. The fries are delicious as well. I remember one time though there was a hair on my wings and like a dry booger on my cup. People say BWW is better. You know what? Grow up! Wingstop is better the prices are good. Do I recommend it? Sure.

Service wasnt bad at all but when I got home and realized they did not packed the ranch which is needed for the wings and had order a meal for 6 people was not ok! When I called to let them know they forgot the ranch the girl who answer the phone Paulina was rude and did not even apologize said well you could come back if you like! Unexcitable! She could have apologize sincerely and maybe it would have been better!

Great food and price, but the environment its in, not really. Everytime i go i try to stay and eat, but theres always someone hanging out by the entrance who doesnt work there inside. I recommend u just call for carryout, i wouldnt stay. Some of the employees need to go. There is a young hispanic guy who works there, he is by far the only one who is all about good customer service, everyone else, suck.

Came here with my friends the other day craving food.After reading reviews, I chose to get the more popular wings.And they didnt disappoint. There wasnt much space to sit and eat, but it wont stop me from coming back! Wings were DELICIOUS. We were basically moaning in delight with every bite we had . I had three orders of wings and are everything that was in front of me. LOVE THIS PLACE.

Its just like every other wingstop. But they have a bigger location then most. The staff is nice. My only problem is that I called in my order and was told it would be ready in ten minutes. Its been close to twenty and still nothing. Theyre not even that busy. Only about three people here. Every other wingstop Ive been to is super quick.

Im a regular customer there and the food is great but some of their business practices arent great. I was the Sunday night at 10:50 because the hours on the window say open 11-midnight 7 days a week. I guess they made their own rules and close at 11 on Sundays! When I got there, at 10:50 they refused to take my order. Pissed

Food is really good Ill been trying before another stores and is not the same , I have to drive more to came here but I prefer, salsas are bomb, mango habanero and buffalo is the best the only thing a dont like is serve my draft beer on a foam cup :/ ,please Mr owner buy some glass

Wings were good. The girls let us have samples to taste which one we would like better. We got Parmesan, Lemon Pepper, and some Korean something. The wings were bomb but the fries were not the business. Not to my taste. But still coming back.

Oily fries, wings were tasteless even for being mild. No flavor watery sauce. Okay service speed. Still prefer little Ceasers wings over this. Other location in chino was way better. Maybe just a bad experience

I used to come to this location religiously, several times per week. The staff is usually friendly and you can get after service if you call ahead. Get the 10 wing combo, with fries, ranch, and a drink.

The only thing good about this place is their price and deals other then that go somewhere else. The people suck, the area sucks and they messed up my order. If you get something make sure you check it.
