thought Id get a healthy sandwich instead of In n Out or Burrito Factory food. Waited at drive thru speaker about twenty minutes-not one word from intercom. Care in back of me put it in reverse to leave. I also tried but my lengthy vehicle made it nearly impossible. Car in front of me [at window] finally left so I drove forward without using intercom. Ordertaker gave usual cliched excuse about "short staffed". Gave her the benefit of doubt and ordered turkey/swiss sandwich. Got no bbq sauce or mustard or mayo. For 6.5 dollars I expected better. Next time, on to Burrito Factory.

I preordered my Thanksgiving dinner.. stood in line for 30 minutes just to pay for it, then was moved to another line to collect my food.. that line was 45 minutes and before I even got to the front of the line, they announced that they had run out of stuffing and Apple pie.. Thanksgiving and no stuffing or apple pie?!? How does this happen when you PREORDER?!? This was the most UNorganized mess and I will never order from here again!

31 minute drive through, thats how long I had to wait. There were only four (4) vehicles ahead of me. Even if they were given away the food I would not wait that long! I have a dash cam the GPS stamps the time on the images the moment I entered plus moment I pulled up to the window.

Ive been to this restaurant five times since I moved to the area, and had problems there twice. I love the Boston Market food and their prices are ok (not great, but ok), but the service at this store is not very good. Ill never go back to this store.

Only three workers at dinnertime on Sunday. Very slow service. Workers forgot some of our food so we had to wait additional time. They didnt bring the food to our table.so we had to go to the counter and get it. The food was good but skimpy portions.

Short on help. Had to wait too long for food. Tables and chairs were dirty. We wiped down the sticky chairs as there wasnt any one available to clean them. Twenty five minutes passed and we still dont have our food. Got our food and its cold.

Went to get dinner at 5:30 pm and they were out of meatloaf. Really? Your most popular item right at the start of dinner time and your out. Not good for business. Oh well took my family and money and spent it at a different business.

Went through drive thru and asked for white chicken with DOUBLE mash potatoes and got chicken with cucumbers and broccoli! I dont really think drive thru is a good idea in those types of restaurants.

This is a restaurant were we, n what I mean by that is all my crew members n me.. we sell home style food meals. Boston Market brought back the sweet heat Apple chicken come try it out some day
