My husband and I are usually huge fans of Olive Garden. When we received a gift card to go, We went to this location. We were so disappointed with the service, the food, and the general restaurant. When we arrived, our wait time was pretty low. After we were seated, our waiter came and was totally over the top. He was dancing and bowing at our table. He flung a chair on wheels into another table (the way he was acting was just embarrassing and not funny). Regardless of the craziness, we ordered our food and an appetizer. Our salad came within a few minutes, but we didnt have silverware. Our appetizer was forgotten about and our meals were disgusting. As we waited for our food, other tables that were dirty were left there for quite a while. Next to our table, there was a family also disgusted with their food. When I got home, I was sick from my meal. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Olive Garden location.

Ive really enjoyed the food here in the past, but lately its going downhill. The food on the plate feels like its gotten smaller. It was a 45 minute wait on a Saturday evening. They kind of remind me of the Spaghetti Factory, but twice the price for the same amount on your plate. The only plus side is soup/salad that you get with your meal. Ive ordered alcohol from here and they made a big fuss with the fact that I had a British drivers license, and they claim they only take California drivers licenses. Erm, hello? You guys know that you get a f***ton of people visiting from other countries right? They are called TOURISTS. This is LA. Im sorry that you are such untraveled individuals that you cant recognize another countries drivers license. Theres no way we can be expected to carry around our passports and risk having them stolen or losing them. Ive never had this problem anywhere else, therefore, I wont be coming here again.

I really only went to the Olive Garden tonight because I had a craving for that Zuppa Toscana soup that they have but I have to tell you it was served cold and there were giant pieces of potato and barely any of the yummy broth. Disappointing! This was my once a year visit to Olive Garden. I only go about once a year because I forget how bad it was the last time I went. I also got the mushroom ravioli which tasted more like mush than anything else. Oh yeah and we were about three-quarters of the way done with the meal when I realized nobody ever brought us breadsticks! I mean really, how dare they? How dare they! But Im sure Ill forget this experience about 12 months from now when I once again have a crazy craving for that potato sausage soup. Maybe Ill make it at home myself and save myself the trouble.

Welcome to the Dennys of Italian food. The food was just ok. You cant expect much of a restaurant of this caliber; however, other locations are better. The service was not terrible, but also did not lend to a good dining experience. It took 15 min for my coffee and water to come out. I ordered soup, salad, and bread sticks. The bread sticks arrived after I had finished my soup and salad. The refill on my soup was 1/4 a bowl and was completely lacking both chicken and gnocchi (I had ordered the chicken and gnocchi soup). After that, the soup arrived thin and watery. Also, be warned that Olive Garden is now the king of the upcharge, especially on the kids menu. I will not return to this establishment and I recommend that you avoid it.

I have loved Olive Garden since I was a small child. (Im still a child at heart) I have gone to many Olive Gardens in Los Angeles. With that being said, this location is BALLER!! Small comparison, the Burbank location always has a terrible long wait, I have never waited more than 30 minutes at this location and that was on a Saturday night. The staff and management are all VERY attentive. They have fun conversations with you and dont rush you to leave or order. This is my pick for an olive Garden outing with my family, and we do it once or twice a month. You will not be dissappointed by coming here.

I called to place an order for delivery i was told that they needed a 24 hr advance notice. So i asked to speak with a manager i got one on the phone her name is Samantha she was excellent & provided me with excellent customer service for my order & i also informed her that i was not told they scheduled their drivers with 24 hr advance service & informed her that i was in the call for over 15minutes. So she told me i could place my order & she would have her assistant deliver my food to me. Samantha & Daniel have excellent customer service & a great management skills...

What makes me just like this place??? Well first off, the wait time is always insane. Its one of the busiest restaurants known to mankind. Secondly, parking is always a hassle. Sometimes youd have to park on the street. Third off, the seating is not meant for a big guy. When they do find a seat to fit the big guy, the table is not comfy at all. The Service is not that bad and the food is quite good. Just the three main issues I have with this restaurant made me rate it a 4-star rating. The feel of eating here is not too shabby. There isnt much of an Italian feel to it.

We had heard bad things about wait times and incompetent service, but we were impressed with the experience. On a busy Saturday night, we borrowed a menu while we waited, ordered right away, and were eating within 15 minutes of sitting down. Extra kudos to the tall, bearded bartender who goes the extra mile for customer service. By far, though, the star of the evening was our server, Candace. Despite every table being full, she never let a glass empty and she was polite, friendly, and even my toddler found her fun and interesting. Wow! We will be back!

Worst freaken place ever. The waitress was rude and she only gave a nice smile and fake attitude toward when the bill came in . She was. She was tossing plates and slambing drinks. Who does that?? No plates or silverware we had food on our table and had to ask for the silverware and the plates. Soup was watery and had only 2 small pieces of chicken and yolkie. The pasta was great but the service just killed the food. Didnt make a complain but hopefully the manager sees this. I dont really complain but damn this place is just horrible.

My girlfriend and I got some gift cards for Olive Garden for Christmas. Having nothing better to do, we decided to go get some dinner the night after. Not realizing it was the day after Christmas, we get in and are told its a 55 minute wait. Nearly the entire wait Im anticipating bad, sloppy, and rude service. Come to my surprise, the waiter was quick, witty, and full of personality. We had breadsticks in the matter of seconds, and food was there soon after. Everything was warm and fresh. I will most certainly be back.
