Food quality has dropped significantly. Stix has changed - its now PIckup Stix "Express". The food is no longer cooked to order, but is served buffet style. Unfortunately, the food quality has suffered. It would appear that Stix is trying to use the Panda Express model, but it just doesnt work. Stix used to be an excellent choice for pickup or dine-in, but now they are merely the place thats worse than Panda Express.

best pick up stix ill ever probably go to. they have the best staff, every time I go most of the staff are super polite and caring for my needs the food is really great too and not a bad price either. they are doing a really good job here 5 Stars.

Good is consistently great (at every location Ive been to). As a vegetarian, I love this place- they make amazing tofu and any protein can be replaced with tofu :) This location is very clean, efficient, and the staff is super friendly.

Worst customer service. Waited 20 minutes for a salad when there was only one person ahead of me. This is the closest one to me and every time I go, the wait is horrendous. I go to Porter Ranch because they are more efficient.

The food is great. The price is a little high. They charge extra for friend rice or noodles. I ended up paying $15 for lunch. I could go to a buffet for that. If they lower their price just a little I would be happy

The food at pix up stix is pretty good. But the fact they dont have hours of operation anywhere on thier website, on any website or ANYWHERE! drives me nuts.
