I have been to a lot of Panda Express and I got to say this location is about the best so far. Great customer service all around, but service is just little slow during the lunch rush. Management needs more staff during these hours for sure. The guy ( pedro ) is doing a great job with his big smile on his face and keeps the ones moving. Great employee and a keeper. Harry Irvine

I order some food and when about to pay i said Hello to Claudine the cashier and she kept tell me that is was going to be 28 dollars. I told her I say hello and you did not respond and nothing and continue like nothing I said. She was so rude and I hope she is not there if I come back again.

The crew here at the Granada Hills location is the best! By far the best run fast food location in town. The Jack in the Box down the street could learn a thing or 17 about customer service and communication from the GH PE team!!!

The cook here makes bland chow mein with hard chunks of cabbage stalk. My general Tsos chicken nuggets were 75% meatless and full of fried dough. I will drive an extra 5 minutes to the Chatsworth Panda in the future.
