I live across the street from this del taco. Tonight at 3:00 am I could hear alot of loud noise coming from the area so I walked there to investigate. I found a pickup truck with 4 men in the bed that was in the drive-thru at the window and one of the men was exposing himself to the car behind them and the shift manager wasnt doing anything, just observing. I informed the men in the truck bed that what they were doing was a crime and the police would be notified. The men acted belligerently towards me and were eventually actually served their food. I asked the shift supervisor for a pen and paper, wrote down the license plate, color, make and model of the vehicle. I went home for my phone to document this info to make a police report. I asked the supervisor why they did not refuse service to these patrons. I was given a plethera of excuses from "they had already placed their order" to "they already payed for their food." Also the shift supervisor told me that del taco corporation does not allow the franchises to refuse service to anybody. EVEN PEOPLE COMMITTING A SEX CRIME IN THE DRIVE THRU. I told the shift supervisor that in future they should give the money back to the customer and send them away. I will be speaking with the supervisor of the man I spoke with tonight tomorrow. Im extremely ticked off that this kind of conduct is condoned by this business especially across from where I live with my two young children

Havent had enuf different items to give 5 stars, but I liked everything I ordered so far, especially the fresh chile verde sauce, the breakfast burritos and chocolate shakes for $1. My wife is very particular and she liked it as well. It was also very clean, the floor was mopped and the tables cleaned. We went to the one on Shoup nr Sherman Way. I was very pleasantly surprised!

Ive never been here during the day, but the Night shift has always been on Point an Polite af, whether youre leaving the Gym, getting off work late or Turnt up on a Saturday night, theyll come through with the clutch, warm an tasty Del Taco food, I appreciate how cool you all have been.. Do Better

Its fast Mexican food,could you be expecting haute cuisine ...noooooo But its gut filler and cheap. My complaint stems from morons who take the order. I have never once left their doors with the correct order in hand . To the simpleton at the cash register, its not that tough a job do it better.

This is the closest Del Taco to my house, so I go here all the time. I like the taste much better than any other fast food restaurant and everybody is so nice here. I usually order a chicken burrito and some fries and it is sooooo good and CHEAP! love it :)
