I have been going to this location for years (in fact since they were down the street). But, I think that may change. The drive-thru and walk-in service used to be relatively quick. But, within the last six months or so, something changed. Service has slowed to a crawl around lunch time. Ive been experiencing a 20-25 min wait from the time I place my order inside (and from when I get in line outside). Seems under-staffed. Adding to this, they tend to run out of Dr. Pepper with frequency (probably a small thing to those who dont drink Dr. Pepper, but a deal-killer to me). Also, two separate customers that ordered before me today complained to the cashier that their orders were wrong. Things grind to a halt while the staff gathers to discuss what went wrong. About a quarter of the time, my order is wrong, too (I order the Taco Supremes, but get the lower-priced regular tacos instead. I discover this when Im miles away.). Ill be happy to update this review when they improve whats broken at this location.

So last night I went to Taco Bell I havent eaten anything all day due to the fact I was at work, it was late and I went through the drive through. Ordered 4 loaded potato grillers. Waited for a while for my food which he handed me a bag that seemed very empty I didnt think to check it before pulling off. I parked in their parking lot searched through the bag they charged me for 4 grillers and I only got one. On top of that the potatos were extremely burnt so hard you couldnt even bite into them... I was pissed off for the fact I wasted 4 dollars and I couldnt even eat my food never again will I come back idk if they did that to everyone they were younger kids seemed to be having fun but obviously not giving af about the food or the customers...

Wanted to try the new breakfast menu. Ordered a number 2, which is what it said in the breakfast menu. The lady ordered me a #2 from the lunch menu. When I told her I wanted breakfast she got super irritated and proceeded to redpoll me I ordered a "combo" and not breakfast. When I told her that the breakfast menu says "combo" she had the nerve to roll her eyes and give me more attitude! Dumpy fast food isnt worth a bad Attitude. If I want to be served by snobs then Ill pay 50 dollars a plate for some pasta on Santana Row. My advice... Stick to breakfast at the burger spots.

Everybody was way more focused on helping drive thru customers. Customers inside are waiting 15+ minutes for their food. Employee mopping with what smelled like puke water. It wasnt even that busy but the customers kept piling up because they were getting skipped. We came here because it was closer to where we needed to be. Never again. Will drive the extra out of the way to the other camden taco bell on kooser. Employees may be rude, but food is out in an orderly fashion

Its annoying management isnt better at this busy spot. I dont come often but twice now they got my orders wrong. The receipt says beef and I told them beef but somehow they made it with chicken. Second time this happened in like 2 months. I understand its busy but thats why you run the place with more people to make up for it. Greedy management that either wants a low labor budget or doesnt pay well enough to attract quality workers to hire.

Literally always screw my orders up, but its the closest one so I end up there now and then. Ive never gotten food here and had it come out correct. Normally its no big deal, but but Im starting to think they have a bunch of drug addled workers that cant figure out how to add the correct food items to an order. I suggest you crave another fast food or go elsewhere if you actually want the food you ask for without making them remake it.

Big trouble here. Im not sure what the problem is with this particular Taco Bell location. Its always crowded they run out of certain food and theyre always understaffed. I even went through the drive-thru one time and there was a sign on it saying cash only. I went through the drive-thru another time and the drive-thru there was broken so I had to go inside. The place was super crowded and everyone was angry. No thanks.

These people are lame. I just left after waiting 20 minutes in the drive through line. I asked them to give me a discount or coupon or something for my long wait and the manager had no concept of reimbursing or offering discounts for bad service. Then guess what? We get home and find they screwed up the order and gave us only half of what we paid for. Even the half we did get was not correct! Awful, lousy service!!

Whoever is running this place definitely needs to be fired. Used to be a great spot now everytime I go it takes 15+ mins to get your food and they frequently make mistakes. Today I got the wrong drink and the wrong nachos after waiting over 15 minutes in the drive thru line, there were only two cars ahead of me too. The lady offered to charge me for the correct nachos if I wanted to order them again... joke

When you advertise chalupas I was expecting chaluoas not a plain taco and another skinnyvtacco on a spicy taccos shell and the chicken taccos was good my straw was broken . I thought chaluoas came with a flour tortillia,? Thats what I wanted instead I got three skinny ass taccos. Sorry but true service was good, not happy with my chaluoas at all.

Ive been here several times because its close to my work and every single time the guy in the drive thru acts so miserable and seems like he wants to off himself I found myself saying cheer up as I take my food today. I mean its very noticeable everytime I hope the dudes okay. But come on man a job is a job

The wait was almost 45 minutes for Taco bell! I talked to about regular and he said that its always that slow. The reason is they handle all the drive through orders first. So, if you go there, go through the drive through and if you want to eat in, go inside after you get your food at the drive through!

I been to this place multiple times and on more than one occasion it seemed as though the taco shells they were using were old or expired as they were similar to eating old potato chips. Havent had any issues with any other items and the service is pretty quick here especially the drive through.

Terrible management. Crew works hard, management doesnt have any customer service skills. In this competitive fast food area you would think the customer is number one priority. Quite opposite, 3 unhappy customers when I came in the door, then my experience. No thanks, wont be back.

Worst ever, district manager was in one day good, next day 20 minute wait, no one caring, horrible. Worst bean burrito ever! That pic is only one, could not even eat it. A sad place for taco bell. Just close the store if you serve food like that.

Poor planning and poor management leads to items being out a lot and they will close the lobby up to an hour early forcing everyone through the drive thru. I have spent 30 minutes in the drive through before with only 3 cars ahead of me.
