This was the most horrible place to order the food. Here is my experience. I ordered food through grubhub and they send me food without forks and spoons. As I was staying at a rented room, I didnt had any forks or spoon. I called the grubhub guy why he didnt give me spoon and fork and he said I just got a packed order from Panda Express and they forgot to put it in. I called Panda Express and they were like it was not their responsibility to put spoon and forks in there and grubhub guy should have grabbed spoon and fork in there. Which was totally irresponsible on their side. Usually when you order food online from any restaurant they give you spoon and forks. Last time when I ordered food from location they send me forks and spoon. So both of Panda Express and the grub hub guy didnt take responsibility of it. And In the mean time my food got cold and how I was suppose to eat chow Mein and and rice with my hand. So I basically had to through the food away. This was worst experience I ever had come across my whole life. It happened when I was super hungry and waiting for food for like 2 hours. I will not recommend this location of Panda Express. Staff and manager over there didnt help at all and mean to talk. Rather than saying sorry they told me it was grubhub guys mistake.

Young kinds fooling around and they dont care about the customers and when they finally get to take yuor order,they dont have what i wanted they said it was going to take them 10 to have the chicken terayaki ready,iget to pay ,told her its for here she puts it in a plstic bag when i ask for a tray the cashier deosnt like it i will never come back to that place again

I went and they were out of chow mein and fried rice and said it would be a 10-12 minute wait. These are staples. Almost every customer will order one, so why let yourself run out for so long??? So my order and a ton of others were stacked up on the counter for a long time. To me, this is like subway running out of bread. Just not smart...

New Panda, same sugary Chinese themed American food. I really pigged out with the Beijing beef and Kungpao chicken. This one is in a busy mall next to Target and San Jose Mineta Airport. After a long day of shopping or a long flight, come one down and eat up.

Pricey for fast food, Chinese style. This place has saved me many times after some upscale dinner where I spent way too much for two bites of food. On my way home, I stop by to get some REAL food and chow down with my tux on. thats how we roll in the hood.

It is more a 3+ for me. Panda express is cheap and easy for a quick bite. I never able to finish the whole 2 entrees plate. Their orange chicken is the best, I have not tasted anywhere better. The food are consistent in all the restaurants.

I went there last week, the food are taste so good. I really love the fire rice with chicken. The place so busy at lunch time we always wait in the line, the decor are simple but they have a big panda in front of the door way.

I love panda express with the Buffet atmosphere it is quiet the feast. I love the chicken walnut with fried Rice and Beef Broccolli. I love when they have the shrimp walnut special and honey chicken mmmmm... deliocious.

Its 9:50pm, 10mins before they close and they dont have anything left, except rice and one dishe. They said "sorry, we close in 10mins and thats all we have". Disappointed in this location.
