I will never go here again. The fries were really salty, the burger bun was greasy, the restaurant was unclean, and the customer service was terrible. I asked for lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and onions. What I got, however, was lettuce, ketchup, onions, and mushrooms. Then, I complained to the cashier but he gave a lame excuse. I cant even begin to think how in the world they got to be the first. The only things I liked was the peanuts (they were really convenient) and the coke. Those two are the only reasons why I gave it a two star rating.

Awful. Loud. So loud. The "veggie sandwich" is really a burger with no burger (hoped for maybe a few nice veggies or something but it was really more like the condiments/garnishes from their "real" burgers) and the "cheese" was described as "the yellow kind... American?" by the young lady at the counter. My family had burgers which they described as "OK" with a shrug. Husbands "bacon burger" had zero bacon. But loud. so loud.

Im just headed over there now! Its a good solid burger in a sea of "fusion", trendy, or just outright weird food, I mean, the Vietnamese place that has "Traditional" in the name doesnt serve Pho? The bagel place closes shortly after lunch. McDonalds across the street is really a homeless day center and their "food" is almost as expensive as 5 Guys. Just a refuge of a normal, delicious burger in a sea of weirdness.

Most of the time 5 Guys is amazing. This time, awful. Fry guy drops the basket into the oil, and THEN pours room temperature oil on top. My fries were half raw. On top of that, my 2 patty burger only came with one patty. Worst experience ever. Im not giving up on 5 Guys, however never this franchise location again. Theres another one on the other side of the 880, I recommend that one.

Poor food handling and contemptuous toward customers when they complain about it. Change your gloves. Do not take outside items e.g. food & drinks from friends/associates into food prep area then fail to change your gloves. Do not handle raw meat with gloves then touch utensils. Though you may change your gloves, you still touch the same handle you touch after handling raw meat. SMH.

"One in the DOOR!" "Got it!" Thats what theyre saying when you enter. Its interesting to see what the people have to do there. We should try it at the office. "One file to CHECK IN!" "Got it!" "Server CRASHING!" "Got it!" The burgers are great and they always dump an extra order of fries on top of what youve already ordered. This location isnt as busy as the other locations.

This store is conveniently located inside a plaza and pretty popular during lunch hours. Burgers are pretty good and cook to order and the quality can be expected since its a chain store. Unlimited peanuts for customers to enjoy during their visit. I took one star off because the floor is always weirdly slippery/ oily at this place and a little dangerous.

Overpriced but probably best tasting burger that i can buy. Ive been to higher end places like santana row and hells kitchen burger place in Las Vegas but nothing compares to the satisfaction of biting into one of these burgers. Maybe its just my taste but its got the exact amount of fat thats needed to make a burger great but not overwhelming.

Great service with good tasting food that will make your mouth feel good. Did get bad service once because there was a group of mostly girls and one guy, one day and they got my order wrong TWICE and gave VERY BAD attitude to customers. I come here occasionally and considered not going anymore because of that event.

Theyve got free peanuts & raspberry ginger ale!! Seasoned fries and a ketchup dispenser. The staff was hilarious. These folks keep the energy light and friendly w/ comedic rhetoric but they still get their job done. The food is absolutely heaven. This got my Oakland/San Francisco trip off on the right foot.

Such a delicious burger. The fries are perfect and they always give you so many! The shakes are also great. I just love all the food Five Guys had to offer. Maybe its because Im not a California native but honestly I prefer Five Guys over In N Out. There I said it!

Im not sure why but this Five Guys was much better than the Five Guys in DC that I frequent. The patty had more flavor and the bun was perfectly toasted. It may have been the environment, California is just nicer than DC, but it was my best Five Guys burger in years.

I love the veggie sandwich here as well as the Five Guys Shake (Oreo + Coffee). I always get the little order of fries as they inevitably provide an extremely generous portion (overflowing from the paper bag :) ).

This is a pretty standard 5 Guys, but a little bit slower than normal. The food is still delicious, and they always have plenty of peanuts for you to eat while you wait for your food.

I almost never give a fast food joint a 5. Five guys gets a 3 1/2. Burger was ok. Top of bun was greasy. Cheese was funky. Topping choices are good. Peanuts while waiting is great.

This place has some delicious burgers, fries, and milkshakes. Only drawback is that its too expensive for "fast food". I think youd get more bang for your buck at Red Robin

Awesome food! I get the grilled cheese w/ added jalapenos and the Cajun fries are delicious salt bombs. Complementary peanuts are a plus! Friendly staff too.
