These people do not know how to respect or keep customers. I had the worst service last night. I ordered a special drink. After I finished it, a different server filled up my class from a pitcher of something different. I had to flag her down and shout out to her several times before she finally returned even though she was less than 10 feet away. She walked over with a disgusted look on her face, and immediately responded with attitude. She argued with me for several minutes that she gave me something different. Why? She even walked away and returned with two different pitchers. She said: "See? This one is darker. The one I gave you is lighter. The lighter one is what you ordered." Yet it absolutely wasnt what I ordered AND she continued arguing. Finally she walked away, returned with another glass and slammed it down with scorn on her face. I immediately stood up, walked to the reception desk and asked to speak with the manager right away. After several minutes, someone appeared. He didnt introduce himself, and never gave his name. I had to ask if he was the manager, to which he said yes. After I explained what happened, all he offered was: "Oh. Thats not how we do things here. Ill talk to her." Sure he will. I found out that he already did, which was what took him so long to arrive. Turns out the server discovered that I wanted to speak with him, so she did so first to beat me to it. In what way does his solution benefit me? Why does he think I care--or even believe!--that hell talk to her later, especially when he already did! And why does he think thats good enough and makes up for the horrible experience that they put me through? Needless to say, I left immediately without eating. They do not know how to respect or keep customers.

Cheesecake Factory is one of the best restaurant chains in the world; probably the best I know of. The food is consistently good, the menu sets the standard for volume and diversity, and the service is consistent. The hours are also very convenient, rather early lunch, or way-past-dinner late, theyre there with a full menu. What keeps them from getting 5 stars? - The interior is cold; temperature cold. Its not comfortable wearing a jacket to eat dinner, and Im somebody who likes a room at 65 deg. - The restaurant is deafeningly noisy. Forget having an intimate conversation; half the time I cant hear what is being said by the person across the table, let alone a booth. - The wait is agrivatingly long. Unless youre planning youre visit as event, it becomes stressful to get a table and enjoy the service. The waiting appears to be a planned tactic, as Ive often waited 15-20 minutes even when there were clearly seats open; enough for everyone else that was waiting ahead of me.

Would the Cheesecake Factory be one of my go-to spots when going out? Probably not but I do know what they bring to the table. Am I grossed out by the large portions and prices? Nope...because I can always get an appetizer which is smaller than a main dish and eat that as a meal myself or share a main dish with someone else. Is the food revolutionary or tasty? Maybe to some people but they do an adequate job on the food despite their challenging huge menu and the 100+ items on there. Is this place good for someone whos watching their weight or on a restricted diet? Temptation and self control will be required to avoid veering off your chosen path. Cheesecake Factory is family friendly and offers that can please everyone. I highly doubt anyone can ever order one of every item on their menu and the cheesecake dessert options at the end of the meal should satisfy even the pickiest of foodies(except maybe the lactose intolerant or the dieters).

First & last time there. It literally took me & my family, 3 people total, 55min (yes, I timed it) to get our food. We were about 5min away from just walking out. It didnt help that it was surprisingly empty when we got there too, but we saw people show up & leave after & before we did which shouldnt be the case. The first thing we got were crab cakes which the first server apologized for the wait & said the rest should be out soon (20min into the 55min). The second just walked by & basically threw the slice of cake onto the table & walked off without a word 35min in. (note, the cake was suppose to come with the food, not before). The first server was nice, but the second seemed like she didnt really care. By the time we got our food, the food wasnt even that good. Aside from the cake, the food honestly tasted mediocre. I dont understand how some people say this place was good, were definitely not going back. It was our first & last visit.

a total sweetheart. I ordered the steak and salmon combo. When I got it I was very disappointed, the portions looked like they were meant for a child. Whatever I thought "if its good everything is ok" they covered my steak and salmon in a sauce that tasted like it was made from corn syrup and scraping from a burnt pan. Now normally if I dont think something is up to par Ill eat, pay and just not come back. However, this was terrible, I asked my waitress for a dish without sauce. Which she brought. "Great, now I can eat" I thought. No, no, while my salmon was at least passable now, my asparagus was over cooked, and my steak was raw, completely raw and cold. This place is a pathetic excuse for a restaurant. I wouldnt ever recommend going here. The food is vomit inducing at worst, mediocre at best. The cooks here should be fired, I wouldnt trust these morons to clean the dishes let alone prepare my food.

Menu like a Technical Manual, Noisy as the Factory floor The massive menu brings on a certain mass appeal to the typical customer of a large mall. I will not deny this restaurant its virtues (the deserts are delectable), but its dining hall is want for a pair of ear plugs and an hour to browse the menu. Its probably a good idea to peruse the menu before arriving or have a good idea of what you want beforehand (its probably on the menu). I had a Caesar salad then the Chicken and Biscuits, neither of which I could finish for their size. The salad was quite good. And the Entree leftovers worthy of a midnight snack. It was likely my 10th or 11th visit in ten years. The Factory is often a place one takes guests, but never for the conversation, mostly the experience of eating at a Zeppelin concert in plush seats.

Cheesecake Factory is a family favorite, and we have dined at this one many times, but this last experience was a complete turn off. We came in at 11:00 pm, really dead, but evidently Valet parked is required even though the parking lot was empty and the Valets were clueless that we had pulled up. I dont know who set this racket up, the Mall or CCF, but Im not coming back while its in place. Next, the place was not busy, but very slow. It appears they cut some of the staff, and shut down some of the floor, creating an artificial delay. Then the service was slow, and we saw the Server once between when our order was taken and he wanted to sell us some Cheesecake. We wont be back for awhile.
