The service here is terrible. I have come here a few separate occasions and still the waitress gave terrible service. I was with a group from church, had two waitresses, good service right? No!! The waitress asked me for my drink order as I began to speak , she turn to her other table asking if she can get them anything else, I raised my voice a bit louder and said," excuse me I would like a drink." So, we ordered appetizers, the waitresses did not clear anything from our table between the appetizers and salad, just plates stacked. I flagged someone to please remove the plates. The soup arrived watery...terrible and sent it back. Food presentation is terrible, so sloppy and unappealing. At other Olive Gardens I had not experienced such disregard for my business. Our table did not get asked for soda replenishment or wine refills. When it came to the bill they buzzed around us suddenly. Upon bringing us the change, they misplaced money. Terrible service!! Wont return ever again 3 times is enough. The manager was apologetic, however, the damage was done. No amount of sorry change the terrible disconnected attitudes from these two waitresses would change my mind to eat here again. Felt like they had a personal issue no matter how pleasant we were or how understanding.

Ive been to this chain and this restaurant in particular several times since choosing to live in Vacaville. Italian food with a wide variety of choices, with my preferences being their lunch unlimited soup and salad specials, wine and beer options, tasty desserts and I do like their unlimited strawberry lemonade drink. Many of their entrees that are expensive ($15+) such as the lobster ravioli, their carbonara and their lasagna for starters have left me unsatisfied because for what you pay, you can do better at other italian restaurants in Sacramento. I have unsubscribed myself from their coupon mailing list because Ive been disappointed with a less-than-exceptional flavor experience on their expensive entrees too many times now. Somehow, they consistently miss the mark with imperfect flavor and after going there 5 times over 2 years, Ill just go there for their lunch specials. Finally, they do not have military discounts and be aware that their Android tablet-like device that you pay your bill with is very easy for kids to play games on as entertainment...but the games are not free as they use a pay-to-play pricing model.

Horrible service.. Got seated immediately but no one ever came to serve us... Almost like we were forgotten about for a good ten minutes or more. No drinks, no one greeted us, no one took our orders, nothing. What looked like the manager, was standing a table away not doing anything, watching us too. She seemed very surprised that we got up to leave, tried to stop us but we werent satisfied with the service so we just continued to walk out. I get that it might not be your job to serve tables, but help your coworkers out and help the name of the restaurant look good if you have extra time standing around doing nothing... We will not be returning or referring anyone to go there.

Not a fan. I love my Italian food and wasnt too hungry today so I ordered the bruschetta. They seem to be trying to Americanize Italian food by adding sugar. The balsamic vinegar was actually a balsamic glaze with brown sugar added, it was served in a make-your-own style dish, the dish itself was hot which quickly made my tomatoes and mozzarella room temperature, they went with cheap, small mozzarella balls that were dry instead of a classic slice of mozzarella....again, not a fan, they messed up a dish with like 5 ingredients and no cooking involved.

Cold food served with mediocre wine. The server was great. No complaints super nice even offered us wine tastes. The hostess not so much. No greeting- barely even looked at us when we were seated. Plate composition and taste was lackluster. Food was served cold and with little to no sauce. The wine that was sampled tasted like basic grape juice. Im not sure where the quality issues lie, but I hope to God they fix them. Probably wont be back.

Food was ok server was not. Our server forgot our drinks and when we got the endless classics the refills took forever. On our last refill they forgot it until we reminded them. When we payed, the server ripped the receipt out of the machine, crumpled it up, and threw it across the table. He then had the courage to ask if we intended on leaving a tip! Will not be coming back

Food was good but there was issues with it,and coffee was warm also I ordered my steak medium rare and it was bloody grossed me out the bloody juices spread on to my pasta and they had to grill my steak over so by the time it came my pasta and veggies were cold, I was very disappointed because I had to wait and I was unable to eat my food together, which wasnt cool

Two of us went. All they would give us is two breadsticks at a time for "all you can eat". The refills took forever to get. The "salad" was lettuce and only 2 half slices of tomatoe, 2 olives, and 2 thin strands of red onion. Seriously this is a salad? I can make something 10 times better for half the price! No wonder this brand is struggling.

A decent Olive Garden! Come here when visiting the family in Fairfield to satisfy my Olive Garden cravings!! Solid service and speed here, I love the cavatappi pasta!! I just wish that they could get better lettuce for the salads! And give more, its literally never full. But thats a problem at all Olive Gardens!

Our waitress Sierra waa very forgetful. We had to ask for water 3 times then eventually my husband got up and got it from the bar. The food was not what I would expect from Olive Garden. Sierra gave us the excuse that it got busy all of a sudden. We wont be back to this location. Also the bathroom was disgusting.

Waiter was nice but food was awful pasta undercooked herb grilled salmon had no flavor at all. It took 40 min to bring our food after we ordered so we called the manager and they took $40 off our bill then they brought a frozen tiramisu. Next day I fell sick and I will never be taking my family there ever again.

If you come for dinner, it is best to get reservations (even if that is just calling an hour or a half hour early). The bar area is not 21+ only for seating as there are some booths on the side that are not connected to the bar. If it is a long wait, ask if you can sit there.
