WARNING: This place is going SERIOUSLY downhill. I used to love this place but will not be coming back to this one ever again, due to the TERRIBLE manager Paul who was there Saturday night on 3/12/2011. I was going to ask to speak to the manager, until I realized the person who had made all the mistakes was in fact the manager, Paul! There errors during my visit included: 1) Taking an order and charging me extra to replace the fruit cup as a side, when they didnt have fruit. 2) Buzzing me that my order was ready, when in fact it was not ready for 5 minutes after I was buzzed. 3) The baked potato soup I ordered was not good -- it was cold, unwarmed, and the potatoes were an odd, uncooked texture, so I exchanged it. 4) I was given a cup of soup, when I had paid for a bowl. 5) When I asked for the bowl, the manager Paul insisted the computer stated I had paid for only a cup. When I showed him my receipt, he said his computer had abbreviations that said I had ordered a bowl. When I showed him my receipt clearly listed a "bowl", he insisted his computer said I ordered a cup, and that his computer was hard to read. 6) I was charged a 69 cent additional charge to upgrade my side item to a fruit cup. When I got that refund, I asked for a bag of chips for my side, since I was no longer upgrading to fruit (which wasnt available). Paul claimed I would get only a 10 cent refund if I received any side, I said I thought the 69 cent was an increase from the included side to the fruit cup, but Paul insisted if I got the 69 cent refund (for the fruit that they charged me for but did not have in stock), I would receive no side at all. So I took the refund with no side. After I got my refund, Paul offered to "give" me a bag of chips, apparently out of his "generosity", and I declined, due to his claim that my meal wouldnt come with any side. In short, I think Paul was incompetent and frankly dishonest, and the potato soup was so bad it was inedible. I will not be returning, and I will no longer be meeting friends at this location, and I will suggest to my friends not to eat at this location any more. The good news: The Panera on Stevens Creek is still good, and when youre in Campbell, better options include Aqui, Sonoma Chicken House and Twist Cafe in downtown Campbell!

Would rather lose the entire sale than brew dark roast after 2 pm, so I obliged them and returned my entire meal. Its coffee. If you brew a half batch it would cost the store 3 dollars max. You lost a lot more than that, nevermind that someone else might want it, and nevermind that pleasing a customer might only cost you a little effort that youd profit from. Customer service 101. Managers were standing behind the registers and instead of injecting themselves into the situation, ask a question, or try to salvage anything the simply (and indifferently) refunded my money without wondering why. I returned and let them know why and when I did, off to the side, 1 on 1, the manager began to justify their action. I explained the food cost of a batch of coffee minus the large profit margin items I ordered, and the fact that now Im pissed... Made zero business sense. Lastly, it wasnt clean.

Excellent Pastries! You definitely need to try the Cinnamon Crunch Scone!!! Its a small slice of heaven! Also, in a close second is the orange scone...Im not a huge fan of the coffee/espresso products. I think their espresso is weak for my taste. I like a coffee/espresso drink with a nice punch and this area needs work. The pastries make up for this hands down. Im perfectly happy getting my coffee or mocha at a separate location. Its totally worth the extra trip when you have the time for these awesome pastries!

Almost standard Panera Bread except they dont use beepers which buzz. Instead theyre meant to be placed on your table so a server can bring your food to you. But that should be implemented by numbers attached to tall rods, not to a number which is hard to see in the table. This story comes from the server snarkly remarking that I was supposed to put my marker on the table (I thought it was a buzzer). Ironically the same worker couldnt find the number for another person in my party who did have her marker on the table...

I think the idea is fun however Panera in general is missing the mark for their "healthy eats" claim. I ate the seasonal strawberry salad a while back and instead of having the flavorful spinach or mixed green salad it was overflowing with iceberg lettuce. Talk about a let down. The watery lettuce did nothing to enhance to flavors of strawberries or poppyseed dressing. It was terrible. I hope Panera changes somethings to truly become a healthy eats place. Otherwise I will continue to frequent other salad places more.

I like stopping here for a quick lunch. Lines tend to be long when I go, but they do keep it moving. They seem to make a lot of mistakes, both at the register and when they fill your order. Kitchen is often slow, and they dont check your ticket, so you should always check the order yourself if youre getting an order to go. The pastries all look great, and there is a large selection. I dont go for the pastries, though, in honor of my waistline!

Table we sat at could have been cleaner. This panera has a self ordering tablet which is nice for those introverts that dont wanna deal with people to order their food. Our group came in shortly before closing so the staff was cleaning up as we left. Saw them bag their pastries in garbage bags which was interesting to see. I wonder where they put those bread bags.

The stars are for product only - even as unhealthy and fattening as it is. I dont know if its a management thing (well, if there is one, Ive never seen one) but the people working here are incredibly rude. I know how difficult good customer service is to find but if panera didnt have a decent product they would never make it on good help. Geez!

Panera has a pretty good selection of pastries. The lunch menu is good, the salads however arent served with fresh lettuce. Its happened three times where aged lettuce was served. They changed it happily. Hopefully there refrigerated section gets serviced so they can serve fresh plates. Good coffee! Awesome asiago bagels too!

Good food but theyre always out of large qtys of food. No pastries ever for the last three hours theyre open. Dont ever buy a gift card at Panera. They regularly malfunction and dont know how much is available. Had a huge amount of time and 10 plus calls and emails to fix it.

Food is usually decent. Its not the cleanest Panera Ive been to. My soup usually has a decent size film on it when it gets to my table which is never very appealing. Mediocre food quality, just clean enough, and average customer service.

The correct location is 501 E Hamilton Ave. It should show up as an unverified listing, so ignore this one. Looks like the owners themselves got the address wrong when submitting their info to google.
