I am loss for words as to who in their sober mind can pay 15 dollars for the soggy, tasteless, dull mush this people call a burger. When I say 15 dollars I mean the fountain drink, burger, fries because apparently this place is like shopping for clothing where you must pay each item individually. Dont get me wrong I would not mind paying even double that price for an excellent burger...but what I had here makes big macs taste gourmet in comparison. Bun was squeezed to oblivion and soggy, meat was cooked well however it was bland like chewing off a cow...no salt or pepper. Secondly they dont even have a special house sauce, so instead you are offered all this endless confusing ingredients and generic sauces like mayo and mustard. Too much too boring for my taste buds...in n out tastes a million times better for half the price.

Been there twice - first time no one would take my order. I was in line and the person in front was handled and they she walked off. I was left standing there - was probably a min but no one wanted my order so I left. Tried it second time and the service a bit better still slow on the ordering but got my good and it was second rate. Jack in the box makes a burger just as good. Soggy and just plain dismal. The frys I thought looked nice and crispy but they had poured a ton of salt on them. I like alot of salt but this was totaly yech. Dont recommend then and wont be back. How did they get all these awards? The decor was the only thing nice.

This place is always packed... full of people who dont know that theyre eating poor burgers, I guess. Simply put: - The buns are dough-y and gross - The produce is noticeably substandard (the onions arent pungent, the tomatoes arent tasty) - The meat is... just not high quality Everything about the burger is average. The restaurants walls are covered with stellar reviews from periodicals from all over the country, but youll notice theyre all a few years old. Maybe the quality went down once they started to put up more and more restaurants? Either way, you can easily find a better (albeit more expensive) burger.

I actually wish I could give it a 3.5. This location isnt bad per say, but it isnt really outstanding either. Sometimes I get a really good burger, and sometimes I get a kind of mediocre burger. Service is decently fast and generally polite, and they have 450 million soda options in this mixer machine deal they have, so thats kind of cool I guess. Fries at 5 guys are always great, but if youre a ranch dipper beware... They aint got none.

Whenever Im craving a juicy, backyard style burger I head here. Theyre super customizable, cooked to order and come out hot. I love seeing where the potatoes for the fries come from written on the whiteboard every time I come in and the servings are super generous (a small fry is enough for two). They also have Coke Freestyle machines with 4 different types of fruit punch!

Not the best ambiance, but they have great burgers. Fresh cooked with lots of fresh ingredients. Im not a fry person, but they have the best french fries around. Cooked with the skins on, slightly crisp on the outside with nice soft potato goodness inside and perfectly salted. They post were the potatoes are from, and also serve roasted peanuts.

I am a big fan of Five Guys, but this location is poorly run. I do not eat hamburgers and only hot dogs. Seems they are regularly out of hotdog buns. There are other maintenance things like the door hinges coming off which is a big safety hazard. They said they were working on it, but it didnt seem like an urgent matter.

Definitely one of my favorite burger chains. They will put any toppings you want, included. I always get the little burgers, as the regular burgers are too big for me. Bonus points for cooking fries in the peanut oil and for having one of those really cool soda machines with all the different soda flavors.

My first time here. I ordered online, went up to the front they confirmed who I was. We then sat there for 25 minutes as they gave at least 8 meals out to people including several of which who arrived after us. 1 star for this. 1 star for the food being good. Not sure that Ill be back.

Wow, these burgers are great. The fries are great. Seriously, this place is a guilty pleasure. Also, they have the Coke Freestyle machines, which never hurts. One warning, order less fries than you think you need. They give you way more than you expect.

The burgers at Five Guys are quite good. The buns are always soft and taste fresh. The cajun frees are an excellent side to enjoy, although Id recommend sharing them due to the huge portions. The free peanuts are also a nice touch!

Service = Fine. Not crazy amazing but not bad. Everyone is always polite and as swift as they can be. Food = Good. Not Mega healthy but totally satisfying. Fries delicious but greasy. Not old gross grease though.

Delicious restaurant-style burgers that are made fast and greasy. Great for customizations. The fries are thick and crispy and served in huge portions, they just dump a bunch of them in a bag. Great Burger place.

A regular fry will feed 2 to 3 people. Regular burger comes with 2 patties. For one of the better things o. The menu, order the Cajun fries. They are amazing!
