The food was good for the most part. The grilled tuna steak sandwich had a good flavor. The tri tip sandwich was better after sending it back to be cooked. When we ordered the order taker informed us that both sandwiches would be cooked MEDIUM which was fine. The tuna was well done but good. The Tri-tip was seared on the outside and raw in the middle so much so that I couldnt tear the meat when biting it. I returned it explaining that the meat was rare. The original order taker said no problem and had the sandwich remade. What I highly disliked was the female manager bringing the new sandwich over to me and telling me that next time if I want my sandwich well done I needed to order it that way. Really! blame the customer when I didnt deviate from the standard order except asking both times for the sauces to be on the side. Her staff cooked the sandwich wrong by failing to cook the meat, and they didnt put the sauces on the side not once but twice. Shame on her. Management obviously needs to learn that the customer is generally right and you loose customers when all you do is blame. We most likely will not return to this location...I have little tolerance for bad customer service.

Best chain burgers Ive had, great price for the quality, and very fast service. I havent tried their other sandwiches, but I had a (seasonal) balsamic strawberry charbroiled chicken salad and it was excellent. Plenty of delicious chicken and enough other toppings that it wasnt just lettuce with hints of other ingredients. (Im always disappointed in the featured salads at Sweet Tomatoes, for example.) Not too much dressing but enough for everything. Indoor seating area is a bit noisy, but the patio is pleasant. Their Ginger Peach Nectar drink is the best non-alcoholic drink Ive had dining out. I love the balance of sweet, fruity, spicy, and tart. (Much better than the fruit drinks at Sweet Tomatoes, for example.) It isnt a thick peach nectar like Kerns, more like an agua fresca without the fruit chunks. If youre in the area and thirsty on a hot day, it would be worth going in just for this.

This is a fast food join that is, unlike any other, trying to be a classy place... I had been here with a few friends and we had a few things of the menu... I would definitely recommend this place to one and all... We had a few mix and match orders and few off the shelf order... I took a Chicken Club Sandwich with an addition of Tempura Jalapeño and mushrooms... It is by far one of the best chicken sandwiches I have had in quite some time... It was really flavorful and tasty... I loved the presentation style for the same as well... I didnt for a moment feel like, I was at a fast food joint... My friends took a Tempura Jalapeño Char Burger and a Vegie burger, all of which were equally great as well... On the sides for the table, we had ordered Onion rings which were quite crispy and fresh... There is plenty of parking available and they do take credit cards...

First impression very clean and staff is very friendly. I placed a custom BBQ bacon char but with tri-tip and avacado. They were quick to embrace place the order without hesitation. Which came out absolutely fabulous juicy and just a bit of pink for perfection. Sweet potatoes were delicious, green beans were bomb diggigty and the onion rings were impeccably delicious! Their seating area was very clean and the location was very clean throughout. Restrooms were just as clean. This is a very operationally sound location, great job to the entire team management is doing a good job and so is their staff 10/10 I never knew about this amazing burger place. When I go back to home to Las Vegas I hope it will be just as good.

I have not ate all day! it was 10:15 P.M I was starving!! My Girlfriend ordered me a Burger with Cheese Bacon and Fries I was a 2 min drive down the street...She came and handed me the bag... I open the burger one side is FROZEN! I mean the bread was just getting thawed out cold..wet the meat was warm on one side cold on the other..due to the Bread..You wanna know the truth here it is....I ATE IT! turned the bag facing me looking at the Logo! every Bite was just horrible...2 thin pieces of Bacon wow! didnt even taste it! fries were ok Said to myself NEVER EVER going to give this place a shot again!

The Habit is a favorite choice for a burger that is better than the fast food chains and offers more than just burgers and fries. Though not the largest patty available, the flavor of the ingredients is better balanced than many other chains. They also offer a wide range of other entrees and styles, including tri-tip, and chicken sandwiches, as well as salads. Sweet potato fries are also on the menu, as are onion rings (ask for ranch dressing). This particular location has plenty of parking, though the spots are close together. Inside seating and outside seating available.

when I was in OC I used to go a lot to The Habit, the food is good....but this restaurant...mmm what can I say... I always order chicken club sandwichl Last week my fiance and I went and order food to go... when we got home I found out that they forgot to put avocado on my sandwich...again!... I called obviously to complain...the cashier told me that the manager will call me..and mmm it has been a week..and hi/she hasnt called me. I guess the next time I buy something from there I have to open the boxes and make sure that they are giving what I order.

Love Habit but this one consistently screws up. I know its not this establishments fault but have online ordered here twice and the orders both times didnt go through. We had to order at the register after being barked at to wait in line. Even then, the orders were incorrect. Thankfully the second time we caught some of the mistakes before returning home. No apologies or any acknowledgement just grabbed the food out of our hands and yelled at the kitchen staff. Very rude to us from the first interaction. Food is delicious though.

The Habit has replaced In-n-Out as my go-to burger joint. Everything on the menu is at least better-than-average. If youre in for some gluttony or have someone to share, the Santa Barbara style is delicious. The tuna sandwich is a great change of pace, and you cannot go wrong with the salads. A fresher, more flavorful cut above most fast food. The veggie burger is even worthy. Mmmm.

I enjoyed a tasty chargrilled cheeseburger with half-and-half french fries and sweet potato fries, and a thick vanilla malt. The burger held together well, although it was wrapped a bit too tightly which had broken the bread slightly, but it didn’t last long enough to be a problem. I really want to try their Golden Chicken Sandwich, so I’ll be back whenever I’m next in the area.

The burgers here are great; they taste fresh and the meat is juicy. The quality of their food is extremely high compared to fast food places like burger King and McDonalds. I would put this on the same tier as In-N-Out. However if youre wondering about the fries. They are good but also ordinary and plain. Nothing very special about them or anything to rave about.
