Waiter was decent. However after people who came in after my Family of 4 received their food first, and we still waited about 20 minutes for our appetizers, even after asking for them we became concerned. Our concerns were legitimate, when the entrees and appetizers arrived simultaneously. We told them that we were no longer interested in the appetizers, which they took away. Also initially, the appetizers that we ordered, Spinach dip, was out of supply. So we ordered calamari instead. After we ate, our waiter explained the reason that the appetizer was late coming was due to the limitation of frying equipment. I told him that our party need compensation for the.inconvenience. He asked what we wanted. I told him that comping the desserts would suffice. 5 minutes later the Manager. John Garcia came to our table and introduced himself as the Manager. I asked him what was it the waiter told him and he said that the appetizers came out with the entrees. While he was speaking to my Family and I, his attitude was aloof, as he stood there glaring at us with hand on his hip. He asked me what we wanted. I reiterated that he could comp our desserts. Looking disgusted he said I removed he calamari that we no longer wanted from the check as though he did us a huge favor, and he said that he can comp1 dessert for the 4 of us. I told him that I didnt think that his solution was consistent with Cheese Cake policy. Furthermore, I told him that he may think we are trying to hustle him or something but he was wrong. I further told him thanks but no thanks. We will pay for own dessert. Which as it turns out was only 1 anyway. Thats primarily because they were out of Strawberry shortcake and warm apple crisp, which we wanted to order. I tipped the waiter decently in spite of the obvious poor management and lack of professionalism of Jeff Garcia. Food good, waiter decent. Management, poor.

BEWARE this restaurant if you have any kind of special dietary needs (food allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian, vegan, etc). I went here today with my little one, who has some serious food allergies and gets very sick after eating soy, eggs, or dairy. Since hes breastfed, I have to avoid the same foods he does. I have gotten pretty good at what meals are most likely safe, and chose a meal for both him and me and asked the server to please just double check theyd be safe. He said the only potential issue was mashed potatoes. When the food came out, I was confused that his meal came with the mashed potatoes. I asked the server who brought the food and she said they were indeed made with dairy. We scraped those off and our server apologized and said hed get us some carrots instead. As Im eating my meal, I suddenly notice... THEY MADE IT WITH CHEESE. So they messed up BOTH meals that were supposed to be safe. Mind you, I explained this was an allergy issue, and the server said he talked it over with the chef. Our server offered to have my meal remade without cheese, but I didnt feel like I could trust their food at that point, so we removed it from the bill. Aside from that, they charged us in full for everything and just said they were sorry for the "inconvenience." I will never be back and given how badly they messed up, just dont risk it if you have any special dietary circumstances! You cannot trust them!

The cheesecake factory has a wide variety of dishes, as most of us know. However something you may not know Is that the service at the Oakridge mall, blossom hill location, could go down as the worst service I have ever recived. I made the mistake of trying to order food hear for take out. Its as simple as this the order was wrong and it wasnt the first time this had happend to me. I kindly told the lady behind the counter about the error and I was presented with a new total for the order I had placed over an hour ago and already purchased. I then spoke to a manager who ensured me the missing bugger would be out in 10 minutes. 45 minutes later I was given my food. I had waited a total of 2 hours for my food, during a night with no wait in the restraunt. The manager then offered to give me a free peice of cheese cake to compensate me. (Which is extremely insulting to me that an hour of my time is only worth a $4 slice of cake) I finally got home and the order was still wrong and my food was cold. Over all the food is not worth dealing with the in professional, insulting, careless staff. Avoid the cheesecake factory take out at all costs!!

After hearing about how great this food chain was from numerous people over the past year, I went in expecting a pleasant dining experience. WHAT THE HECK? They have ADVERTISEMENTS on the left pages of their menu! Every single page has ADS! Reading the menu is like reading a Newsweek magazine, exhaustively, trying to find the article you saw on the front. The food part of the menu doesnt start until halfway-through. I would expect my entire meal to be subsidized for having to put up with that crap, yet the wasteful, oversized meals are almost all $14+. If I hadnt come with 3 other people, I would have walked out. To top it off, the masses love this pretentious, Las-Vegas style freak show so much, that you may have to wait hours to get in and the lighting in the place is so dim, you may want to bring a flashlight. I like to see my food, especially if I paid $25 for it. Its so dim that you cant see the urine on the toilet seat in the bathroom (wipe it down first!) or any possible bugs left in your jumbo WAL*MART-style salad. I would turn it down if they paid me to go here.

At this place my kids took me here, nice warm and too much charming for digging money that creates the negative facts to my experienced eater as I am. I order STEAK DIANE and it comes out three pieces, 1 small about 4 sq inches 1 small about a inch 1/2 and the third less than 1 inch. I ask the Filipino waitress why is that , supposed to be 1 piece steak, she said thats what it is, I want to wrap up for to go and need a foam pack to do it myself, she asks me that she can bring the steak plate to kitchen and pack it for me with all please from her. I do not trust the Chef gives customer leftover steak and trim it in small pieces to serve as I suspected and these young waitresses so eager for tip money. I never come back this S...t place. I hate its cheap Chef / Management

8/10 would eat again. I ordered the Macaroni and Cheese burger (fries included) with a side of mashed potatoes and Dr. Pepper. The patty was small and very dry. The mashed potatoes were bland and seems like they have been sitting for a while as they werent that warm. The fries were very salty. The dr. Pepper was good although it kinda tasted like it was poured from the bottle. The macaroni was great and tasted very good. Tomato, pickle, and lettuce was fresh and made up for the dry and small patty. The deserts were great. Very tasty although a bit to sweet for me. (I dont like much sweet cake stuff) I did not expect to get an absolute amazing burger because as the name suggests, the good spot of the restaurant was deserts.
