The other night, I ate at Olive Garden. I wanted to take advantage of their 2 for $25 deal. The four of us tried to figure out our order with our single menu special tri‑fold brochure. The items on the deal were listed, but not described, and I scanned through the menus and had trouble finding full descriptions of any of the entrees. I gave up and ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo-boring and unflavored. Our calamari came under-cooked with the breading falling off, and we argued over who would eat it. By the time our soups and salads were served, our table was packed. We had to ask multiple times for our server to clear the unused wine glasses that they had on display at our table. And it wasnt just our table that was packed, it was the small screaming children at all sides of us. This place was crowded. At one point we had a nice change of pace, when this marine looking waiter took over while our real waiter went on break. This guy was on top of things, he showed up often to remind us our glasses were less than half full and clear plates and bring lemon wedges. He was good, and we all wished he was our regular waiter instead of our ten minute temp. After he left, we finished our entrees, and it took about 15 minutes for our waiter to make his way back to us, and get us to go containers. We ended up paying cash, because we didnt want to wait again for our credit card to be ran. They were so packed, youd think theyd help hurry things along. By the time our free dessert came along, it was already packed to-go because we had finished dinner around 20 minutes ago. Definitely not the worse eat-in experience, but it was dragged on and not as yummy as we had hoped. I can say, the chicken soup is pretty good though and while the breadsticks are bland, they taste good dipped in that soup.

The food was nice in general. We took four dishes of which the soup, the pasta and the lasagna bad appetizer was were really good. The fourth dish was a cheese fondue. However the cheese itself was not melted. It was like a super thick paste which did not stick to the bread when we dipped it in. The cheese itself was delicious, but due to the incompatible consistency, it didnt go well with the bread. When we requested a replacement for the cheese, hoping itll be perfect when the new cheese comes in, the new one was just the same consistency. Further, our server did not at all seem like he was interested in serving us. When we had any questions about the food, we could never find him when after waiting a few minutes. We had to ask another server instead to ask him. Overall I would recommend going there, not ordering the fondue, and hope that the server is not the person we got.

What a fabulous experience, thank you to the team at the Olive Garden # 1858. Christian D was our waiter and the managers were very available and interacting with the guests. Best experience ever of all the Olive Gardens I have visited. The food was outstanding and presented beautifully. Usually people take the time to complain, I had to take the time to let you know this location has it going on. EVERYTHING was spot on! I will definitely be back and recommend this store. I live in Morgan Hill, it is worth the trip. Yes I have been to the one on Blossom Hill, not even close. Kudos to the team in Milpitas for an outstanding performance.

The dining experience here was less than poor, the customer service was awful. First me and my guests had to wait 20 minutes for a table when we saw 5 booths open, second I asked for salad dressing on the side and our server didnt ask my guest what kind of dressing they wanted and they brought the salad with the dressing on the salad. Now this wasnt my main concern as it wasnt a big deal. We had three different servers come to our tables and the first server that took our order failed to ask us how our meal was. We had also waited 10-15 for a refill on UNLIMITED bread and salad. I would give this experience 0 stars.

It took about 30 minutes to get our food after ordering. The order was only three adult meals and two kids meals. While we waited, we ate 3 bowls of soup. Two of the bowls were warm, at best. Our server left our food on the order table for quite some time apparently, because when the pasta came out, the pasta looked dry. By that time, we just wanted to eat and leave. Tue shrimp in the Shrimp Alfredo were much smaller than in the picture. The restaurant may need to add "shrimp appear larger than actually served" in the menu. Now I remember why we havent come to this Olive Garden for two years.

The only thing that was awesome was the waitress, she was thoughtful, helpful and great at coming back to the table to make sure everything was okay. The "Manager" was not as nice he walked around and asked everyone in the section me and my dinner partner were sitting how everything was and chit chat, but not once did he come our way, he look at us but but kept moving, I wonder was it because we were not being loud or maybe it was the color of our skin? Our waitress was outstanding Miss Asha she gets our 5stars

La comida es buena, pero el servicio me encantó. Nos atendió una chica hindú, fue de lo más agradable, respetuosa en fin; ojalá todos los meseros fueran así. Gracias por esa atención ☺

Olive garden is a predictable place with decent food and mostly good service. This time the wait time was high (lots of empty tables bit not enough servers i guess). And the quality of service was on the lower side. The food was good as usual. The soup and salad was nice, the breadsticks were too salty and the chicken marsala was great.

We all know the food. Its a chain. You can take an entree home during a promo and microwave it with minimal difference. So this is based on service during lunch only: its hit or miss. Depends on your server wether I can make it back to work in an hour. Sometimes it sucks. Sometimes its great. Tip accordingly and enjoy.

Nice service, location, and food. I also like the kids friendly environment and spacious seating here. Food is what you expect in olive garden, good quality but nothing too special. I gave it an extra star for its newly implement kiosk menu/payment system on each table. Its so fun and easy to try.

Have been here quite a few times. Love the cheese ravioli , minestrone soup, fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna fritta. The cocktails like mango Margarite, mojito are really good. Service has mostly been good. On the is occasions that the food or service was bad, it has always been taken care of.

Very good food. Definitely would eat here again. EXCEPT when I paid, they charged me credit instead of debit. Now my card is on hold for three days. I called them just now and the manager told me there was no way to work it out. Great customer service too.
