I am very disappointed with the service today. The service was absolutely horrible. I love Olive Garden and I am always a happy customer, but today the customer service was bad. I ordered the 6.99 duo so I told him I wanted the minestrone soup and spaghetti with meat sauce. I also asked for parmesan cheese and to drink coke. Well, they didnt serve me the soup or garlic bread. The spagetti came but no cheese either. The soup and bread and a drink comes first, then the spagetti. I complained and nobody cared so I walked out. Called to let the manager know what happened and he said tha the other manager stopped by to see if everything was ok and she lied saying that I was eating my soup. The truth is I never got my soup because if I did I wouldnt be upset and I would have had my lunch . She lied. Thats what I am mad about. BAD MANAGER.

We where to have my boyfriends graduation dinner there. They didnt tell us while a part of our party was waiting that they wouldnt let anyone on the building passed 10 pm. We were then told after ordering 4 of the 6 meals and with beverages I might add... that they wouldnt let my boyfriends parents in after 10pm. They had told us that they had to refuse someone elses party before too and they were waiting for the graduate to arrive. We left and we will not return. Never heard of a restaurant refusing more sales... I have part of restaurant Entrepreneurship myself. This by far is one of the most shocking and inappropriate experiences I have yet to be witness to. Had they told us when we were waiting we wouldnt have wasted our time there.

About as typical as an Olive Garden gets. They have great customer service here and the cooks are for the most part on par with other establishments, although definitely not the best. Salads and soups can sometimes be overdressed or watered down (yes we can tell how far a soup can be stretched out!). My main concern though is the few times weve had dirty utensils, cups, and plates. This is the second time in a row the wine glasses were very dirty, the first time we had lipstick and fingerprints all over and this most recent time, well Ill let you see the photos.

The Olive Garden @ eastridge mall never disappoints. The servers are always nice and very attentive, of course it gets very busy on the weekends so I try to avoid Sat n Sun. I just went in 8/13/17 at 9pm and we didnt even wait. The breadsticks were taking too long to come out, so as a consolation the server brought our sons dessert. We understood it gets busy, so we dont make a fuss but that was nice of our server.

This olive garden was so nice. Food was delicious n hot wen it was brought to table. Our servers name was becca. And she was awesome. We were a group of 10 n she did a fantastic job. She didnt even take her brake because she wanted to make sure we had everything n were ok. Becca you are awesome.

We were seated and sat for 15 to 20 minutes with no service, a table was seated after us that was helped as soon as they sat down so we left. I will give it to the manager for trying to address the situation how ever at that point we were not interested in anything that he had to offer.

This place is awesome!! Our server Erick was so helpful and friendly. He took care of me and my sister and made our experience great! We got seated right away and didnt have to wait that long to be approached about our order. This is one of my top 5 places to eat.

The person at the counter lied that they had to put tables together when we ended up sitting at a one piece table. Makes me wonder, waited for almost 1 hour watching everyone else go ahead. Please dont lie to your customers just be honest.

I love how they send out our appetizers promptly then our entrées. Our waiter seemed to be in a rush to end his shift, it made our dining experience more uncomfortably rushed. Besides that, the food and drinks were tasty, will come back.

Food was okay. Appetizer was burned and greese. Salman didnt have citrious glaze on the top. Manager a Good Im in front of use having a conversation with coworkers not on the clock, while no one noticed our two empty glasses of water.
