We walked to the counter and was greeted with the biggest sweetest smile. I didnt get his name but he was so friendly and nice, he made us felt so welcomed. The best service ever at a fast food chain! Had a little cheeseburger, bacon dog and fries. The cheeseburger was a bit too dry, taste was alright. The bacon dog and fries are as usual AWESOME! I love their peanuts too, and the fact that its free flow! If only they screen matches or shows at their outlet, I would be happily camping. Perhaps thats why they are not doing that. Had a little bizarre experience. The guys called for our number, I took about 5 seconds before I responded to them as I was packing my bags. This lady went up, grabbed my food and left! The guy and I just stared blankly at each other. ????? Apparently, her queue no was 1. Mine was 99. How does 99 sound like 1?! Puzzling. Anyway, he was quick and realized there was an error and proceeded to rectify it. I love it when I see people working as a team and taking up initiative to deliver great service. Thumbs up on service. Minus one star as the burger was disappointing.

Ridiculous staff. One girl working the counter and cooking burgers, who was in the back when I arrived. I watched 2 other employees walk in a first thing get a soda for themselves, then go to the back where they were pretty obviously hanging out due to the noise, which Im assuming prep isnt that much fun. Who cares how good the burger is when your staff is a joke. Update: worst staff! One woman walked in and young man trying to turn in application approached counter, she looked him dead in the eyes and walked away. First girl doing everything came along and helped the young man. Then second woman came back out after young man left yelling about how they dont run a daycare center. I am appalled and will surely never return. I can hardly imagine what other nightmares lurk with such a terrible display of no respect for management.

Staff need training on dealing with allergies. We selected grilled cheese thinking that this would be OK for my son. When the grilled cheese arrived we realized that the bun had sesame seeds on it. We talked to counter staff and advised that my son was allergic to sesame seeds. They suggested that they would take the top of the bun and remake the grilled cheese and that would remove the sesame seeds!! They didnt seem to understand the seriousness of allergies. The rest of the food may be good but we didnt stay around to try it after that experience.

Update: just walked in and they told me their system was down so they couldnt take my order, so they couldnt do business at all. This is at 7pm. What? These guys are jokers. Solid hamburgers, especially if you just keep it simple and eat it right off the grill. I usually just have the patties, a bit of lettuce and tomato, add some A1 Sauce and thats it. They are generous with their fries so you can share one order between two people. Crack some free peanuts while you wait.

This is by far the best burger place that ive been to, the burger is so juicy and cheesy and the extra bacon makes it 10 times better. Their fries are bomb, so crispy and they give you a good amount as well. Their pretty fast with your food order as well. They have barrels of peanuts for you to munch on when youre waiting on your order. Must try!!!! I found out about this place because this funny guy made a youtube review on this place and I just had to try it out.

Delicious burgers made to order, I gobbled it up so fast because it was so good. I was surprised this place wasnt more busy, service was quick and friendly. Convenient public parking nearby Safeway. Didnt see shakes on the menu, sad when I realized they had shakes after I already started my Coke.

Five Guys makes an awesome burger. Because of this there may be a wait, so make sure to call ahead and order pickup if youre on a tight schedule. Parking can also be tricky in this area, mostly because of the neighboring Safeway.

Its 5-guys. Great burgers and good fries. You know what you are going to get. This location can be a little slow. And forget going on a Monday of a 3-day weekend, the soda machine will be down to Diet Mr. Pibb only.

Solid cajun fries. Cool tip: ask for no salt when ordering! then they will make you a fresh batch of fries! :) I love jalapenos especially on their cheeseburgers as well. Highly recommended.
