Flipé bastante en este sitio porque es como un fast food de ensaladas, preparadas a toda velocidad, con un sabor tremendo y con una variedad y repertorio que seguro que todo el mundo encuentra una opción que le satisfaga. El rollo es hacer cola y pedirte tu ensalada enorme, la cual recomiendo para compartir o para alguien que realmente tenga mucha hambre. Yo me tomé una que venía con atún y mango y no dejé casi nada en el recipiente de plástico donde la sirven.

Great salad bar in the middle of SF downtown. Usually a line during weekdays at lunch time but this is good because it means the ingredients are fresh and the salads are made to order. You can choose from their named combinations or pick your own. I had the Siam salad (vegan) which was a mix of baby greens, green papaya, jicama, mango, cucumber, red pepper, fresh herbs, spicy peanuts with Thai lemongrass vinaigrette for about $10. Topped with 2 slices of bread and boxed in a plastic to-go container. Filling and delicious! There are several public outdoor spots you can eat at when the weather is nice. One is right outside the shop thats a little multi-leveled park with reflection pool. The other is across the street in an urban sculpture garden.

If you need a salad, this is the place to go. The salads are fantastic. Order off their menu or create your own. They arent cheap but the ingredients are fresh and delicious and your salad is made to order right in front of your eyes. My favorites are the maui, the cowboy and the mixt cobb. Give the seasonal salads a shot too. Sometimes they have some of the best in-season ingredients. If its a sunny day in the financial district, there are plenty of tables outside or you can sit along the fountain area. Dont forget your homemade iced tea!

Mixt Greens is my favorite spot for a work lunch. The salads are amazing--design your own or try one of theirs. Im partial to the Be Well. Its not cheap and the lines can be long, but its totally worth it. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside in the outdoor seating, which is very spacious and comfortable for downtown. I love it. Really, I wish they were open on weekends and for dinner.

My salad weakness is roasted veggies -- so Mixt has got me there. However, for the high price that they charge and the amount of greens they use to fill up the container...the least they could do is give you 1 meat topping. Its no wonder they can run a rewards program --the $16 salads make up for the free one that Ill never earn.

Mixt Greens is a great lunch spot on Mission. The menu salads are all really great, and you can also build your own if you so desire. Try the Cold Brew coffee that looks like its in a beer bottle (although you may get strange looks drinking it at work).

I like Mixt Greens and every lunch im going different place. There is another on Mission street next to Embarcadero, i recommend this one. Here the quantity is less for the same price.
